Parking: This location is not real popular. I never have any trouble finding parking in their small lot.

Service was quick/efficient. Warm & stale fries (waste of $ getting the "large" if you're wanting extra "good" fries...) No salt or ketchup offered or put in the bag (would've helped with the flavor). Fortunately they gave me a couple of napkins & a straw but NO RECEIPT.

This is my 3nd time going to a Wendy's in the last few months, I think I'm finished with Wendy's nowadays, no receipts, poor quality of food & occasionally bad or incorrect service.

Reporting in on my 3rd evening trying to get food in the time range of 630-830pm

After a long day of working with the deceased and their mourning families, i swing by for some last minute dinner only to be bummed out even worse than what I do for a living from the GRIM and NASTY attitude from the woman taking the orders, I never get all the things I have ordered and paid for, the food is cold sloppy or stale, I practically get the food thrown at me, I won't be getting food here again.

They turn off some of the outside and lobby lights to detur customers they spend most their time talking and they are truly miserable to be earning money at a job plenty people would want to work.

These ladies are less livley than my passengers AND I DRIVE A HEARSE!

Has to be one of the worst wendys in the area. Half the time they get your order wrong and the other half the don't have most of the menu

I placed a mobile order. Went to pick it up and ended up standing in the lobby for 10 min while listening to the manager and another lady talk in the back the entire time. I was calling the store for 6 minutes and no one answered. Finally, a high school kid who seemed to be the only one working came up and gave me my food. He was doing more work than the manager. When I tried to talk to the manager, I first got the excuse that she "didn't speak English."But then she dropped that and started speaking English just fine and her new excuse what that she was "busy". To which my immediate question is what on earth could y'all be so busy talking about that's more important than your job bc y'all were not talking about work. She didn't even try and resolve the situation she just walked away, and this poor high school kid was left to apologize for her inability to manage a store. Props to him, tho bc he was more professional and helpful than the manager. Also when I got my food it was cold so that's great.

The food I received today was terrible. The chicken nuggets were cold and dry. They were inedible. Very disappointed in this store this time.

I am writing this review because no one would answer the store phone. I start with the fact that I have never had a moment with such disappointment as the one I had tonight.

OK, I'll start with the positives.
The staff was friendly and quick with their service, no complaints on there.

The bad!!! It's more like the ugly part!

These next 4 things I point out are UN-exceptable, this coming from an ex manger in many restaurants and fast food places.

* My fries were a little cold, ehh, whatever.
But all the spicy chicken nuggets were hard and cold. Like as if they were fried 1 hour before I purchased them.

*I bought 4 frosty: 2 berry and 2 chocolate.
No berry flavor, whatever give me vanilla, cool no problem. I get home and...
No one wanted to touch them because they smelled like expired dairy. It's like as if they sat on the counter and then got thrown back into the freezer to sell days later. Yes, it was that bad!

*The baked potato I ordered for myself was dried out, the skin on the potato hard, almost like a soft shell, it was some what OK. But I have ordered it in the past from this same establishment before. And it was never that tough.

*NO DRINK HOLDERS!!! They never have any drink holders... and I have to walk up 3 flights of stairs juggling DRINKS AND FROSTY for 4 people!
and of course, a drink was missing.

On average, I always spend $40-$60 on Wendy's

Honestly, I do NOT want a refund.
I am better off taking my business elsewhere.
