Tried to give me the wrong food and then also wore no gloves while peeling food to give to customer, which is highly unsanitary and gross and goes against training for anything with food handling and then gave attitude when I mentioned that it wasn’t the correct order highly disappointed especially that they didn’t have any carriers and noticed I had trouble carrying out my drinks and did not offer any help

SUPER FAST service at the drive thru!! Fries were pretty soggy.. but the burgers were hot and delicious… don’t sleep on the grilled chicken ranch wrap if you’re looking for a lighter option.. it was surprisingly really good!

Saw worker pull cooked nuggets out of bin, and toss back into hot oil to re-heat nuggets. Absolutely disgusting to do at a fast food chain….. throw away old food and re cook. Stop being lazy! Absolutely disgusting!

We ordered 40 dollars worth of food and my daughter walked up there to ketchup packets because they didn’t fill the ketchup machines and she got accused for stealing someone else food! She came back and told me that we picked up our food and threw it away and left

Parking: This location is not real popular. I never have any trouble finding parking in their small lot.

Customer service very Rude behavior at the drive thru window
Service was quick/efficient. Warm & stale fries (waste of $ getting the "large" if you're wanting extra "good" fries...) No salt or ketchup offered or put in the bag (would've helped with the flavor). Fortunately they gave me a couple of napkins & a straw but NO RECEIPT.
This is my 3nd time going to a Wendy's in the last few months, I think I'm finished with Wendy's nowadays, no receipts, poor quality of food & occasionally bad or incorrect service.

Reporting in on my 3rd evening trying to get food in the time range of 630-830pm
After a long day of working with the deceased and their mourning families, i swing by for some last minute dinner only to be bummed out even worse than what I do for a living from the GRIM and NASTY attitude from the woman taking the orders, I never get all the things I have ordered and paid for, the food is cold sloppy or stale, I practically get the food thrown at me, I won't be getting food here again.
They turn off some of the outside and lobby lights to detur customers they spend most their time talking and they are truly miserable to be earning money at a job plenty people would want to work.
These ladies are less livley than my passengers AND I DRIVE A HEARSE!
