This is probably an issue at every Whataburger, but the gloves the employees wear at the drive-thru are covered in grease. When i receive my drink, it's covered in a an oil film that has a smell similar to fish oil. Same goes for the bag, especially if you get the large plastic bag with the handle -- now you have carry your food by the grease covered handle. Plus, with the drink you now smell fish oil every time you take drink.

Best Whataburger in Austin, imho.
Generally pretty prompt order delivery. Staff is always polite, and store always clean.
Parking is tight, especially in large work vehicles.

The food was great! The dining room floor however must be mopped with the kitchen mop. The floor has a thin layer of grease and needs a good deck scrub with degreaser and a new mop.
