This is the worst location I have ever been too. You come in to your appointment you are the only person here. The staff is in the front chatting waiting around . When they can be completing you and getting you out of here. There is absolutely no customer service. It’s only. The only person that’s always helpful is Joanna. She makes it worth my while. She is very kind with kids. Thanks Joanna
Bring your umbilical cord because these people will not allow you to qualify for any benefits
I have waited from the time my son was born until today, which is two months to get the appointment and then of course I don’t have what they need on the day of my appointment and they make me feel bad for even trying
Mahogany had the audacity to say to somebody else there that I came from North Carolina because of my area code of all things and people have numbers from different area codes all the time… she could have looked at my license but no I have lived here for almost 10 years
They would not accept a birth record and I didn’t bring his social to the appointment, but they didn’t advise me of what I had to bring to the appointment and the registration link for the app expires within 24 hours
They looked at me like I had five heads the whole time and kept asking me to upload documents that I uploaded on my end and they said they wouldn’t show on their end. It was so entirely frustrating that I decided I’ll just have to go to work early return to work early
They really don’t want you to have any of these benefits and their tone of voice, and lack of communication the entire time was just entirely unhelpful and not supportive at all
We pay these taxes for these benefits and drain our life savings and have no income coming in, and we have no way of qualifying for these benefits with people this poorly equipped to support any woman or child in the state of Texas — what a crying shame this office is.
This place has the worst front desk and even worse scheduling, if they don't like what they do they should quit and not give people just trying to get the benefits. Worst wic office I've ever been to.
Could it be that there is better service or the ladies changed them because I need an appointment
Everyone that works at WIC are very helpful!
Expecting c section mamas to come in with a heavy a$$ car seat and a baby when other wic office just tell to call in and benefits will be put on the card is beyond. Doing the most. Do better cedar park.
The women working here are beyond horrible. The worst attitudes of any establishment I've been to. Avoid at all costs, go to a different location. These women will give you nothing but sass, already submitted a complaint on them.
The ladies that work at WIC office are always so sweet & patient. They always make me feel welcomed & they always let me know what it is im waiting for. They are so friendly with my kids. I really appreciate them!
We were told to go in early, that all we had to do was update our address, take a photo of our WIC card and download a picture of my child’s Medicaid card. When we went in to the office at 11:35 8-3-2020 one of the ladies had an attitude because My wife interrupted her conversation she was having and said what the name so she said Our kids and she says with an attitude no yours! She said she couldn’t get us in because she had to close the office in 20min and there was no time for her to visit the nutritionist. She was rude with attitude, and my wife already did on line classes for child nutrition but this ladies attitude was turning us away so she could go to lunch im sure.
