We forgot just how slow the service is here. Waited an hour at home before the food would be ready, then showed up only to wait another 30 minutes and had to ask about the order on top of that. Buffalo Wild Wings was closed so we thought we’d try here. Look, the food is pretty decent for a wings joint, but the owner/GM clearly are not invested. Many upset customers who are just hungry. Dominos wings are inferior, but they’ll get my business because they are almost always on time and dependable.

Love the food, unfortunately we ordered online at 6pm and it said the food would be ready at 645. When we arrived they told us there were 8 orders in front of us and it would be 45 minutes until our order was ready.

I ordered for delivery 2 hours ago and still haven’t gotten my food so I’ll go ahead and review while I’m waiting. I would’ve called to cancel but they’ve shut off took the phone off the hook and weren’t answering. I wouldn’t order delivery here again…

Terrible service. Of the 3 times ive been here, my order has been forgotten twice, messed up, and my food has never been warm. I highly recommend taking the extra drive to a nearby chicken place

The young lady who assisted us with our order was very helpful and pleasant, and she was also diligently cleaning the tables. The young gentleman preparing our food in the back was very kind; he had long hair. The food was excellent and an improvement over previous experiences. I inquired about his tenure, and he mentioned it had been about a month. I complimented him on the wonderful job he did with our meal. He had a delightful personality, and the entire team was commendable. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience that day. They were efficiently managing their tasks and taking orders, and my food arrived promptly as estimated. I am pleased to see the positive changes implemented at the establishment. Had an issue with Grubhub and even though it wasn’t the stores fault or problem the manger was super accommodating and fixed it for me anyway. Super nice staff and even when using Grubhub they get it to me fast. Best wingstop.

What a let down. Walked in to eat.. Watched the cooks argue , asked about my order got attitude. This place is so dirty. 30 minutes to get 10 wings . The bathrooms are disgusting.

Absolutely terrible experience, I ordered a small fry and it took 25+ minutes with not one update or apology. It was 3pm on a Sunday and the restaurant was being rushed with doordashers, staff clearly did not care and I only got my fries after asking twice about them 20 minutes after ordering, when i received them 25 minutes after ordering.

Most of the time I order from DoorDash since I always mostly crave wingstop at late time, I always get the spicy Korean bbq thing flavor and I ordered it again this time but it was a 10pc with a different flavor. Spicy Korean bbq and hot honey which was for someone else, once my order arrived it was only the hot honey flavor and none of my Korean bbq one. I don’t really blame the doordasher since they’re not the ones making my food but kind of the people that work there. Every time I’ve gone in person to get something to eat it’s just filled with a bunch of teenagers who look like they’re judging me 24/7, maybe it’s just because of my social anxiety but I’ve had interactions where they’re laughing while trying to take my order and taking like 4 hours just to give me 2 big pieces of chicken and the rest just small pieces that look like crumbs.

Ordered dry rub wings to go, they arrived home in a puddle of oil, very undercooked. Not even a hint of crispness. Had to put them in the oven to make them edible. Gross experience. Also the sodas had almost zero carbonation.
This Wingstop has gone down hill. Everytime I order buffalo, they are barely sauced. They get my dipping sauce wrong everytime. I order blue cheese and get ranch instead. They are heavy on the dry rub seasoning which makes the food taste salty. Not cool
Colossal fail with their IT department. Website/app can never keep up when there are offers like the free wings offered recently. This location even stopped taking online orders. This has happened at the very least on 3 separate occasions.
