Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Love the food. But, it closes too early. Cam back from swim and was closed at 8. On maps it says 10pm, but they are always closed when we come.

Not impressed. Visited October 28th in the evening. There wasn’t a lot of people there so we got our food fast. I ordered the 5 wing plate, partner ordered the chicken sandwich. I was not impressed with the food quality. The wings tasted frozen and were not fresh, the sauce they gave us was gross and pre packaged (unlike raising canes). The French fries were okay but a bit oversalted. Do yourself a favor and go to raising canes instead.

Went through Drive-thru and got the #1. Would’ve been good, but the fries were SO stale and hard like they’ve been sitting out for hours… this was around 5:15pm so food should be fresh around dinner time right? Well really at all times…

We like it here. Staff is very friendly and the food is pretty good. The location is good and prices are okay. We always worry about this place going out of business. We hardly ever see anyone there.

Chicken fingers and wings. Enjoyed the sweet and spicy sauce. The fried chicken is delicious alonw, then add the spicy sauce yummy. My husband likes that it doesn't spike his blood sugar.

Stopped in here to give their chicken sandwich a try.Glad I did - it was excellent. Tasty food & good service!

I waited to post this review after talking to the GM to see if he would do what he said. He didn'tI placed an order online as my family and I left Austin Airport so they would have plenty of time to prepare a large order 50 wings and sides.We arrived on time to pickup but was told it would be another 5 minutes. No problemPulled forward and waited 15 minutes nothing so I called and was told another 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by and nothing so we pull back into the drive thru and they have an order for us.Started to leave and it's completely wrong and all the flavors are on the side. Pull back in line and was told by the manager that he would have to call someone to see what he could do.Over an hour that I have been waiting for food I was told to return what they gave me and they would refund me.Normally if I had waited 10 ,15 minutes I'd be fine but keeping people waiting for over an hour and then asking for something you're going to trash.I gave the food back and asked for proof of refund and was told he couldn't provide me an refund receipt. I told him I need some proof that my money was returned. 20 minutes later I got a receipt.Called the next day and spoke with the GM and he apologized and said he would send $60 in gift cards for the issues and gave a lot of excuses.It's now been a few months and several non returned phone calls and nothing.

I ordered and paid for a Cobb Salad and got a House Salad. The quality of food at this location has steadily declined since the beginning of the pandemic. Doesn't really look like they will recover. Also now that they no longer have the buffalo blue salad I can't see a reason to go back.

Zaxby’s 13521 Ronald Reagan Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613. I have tried this place about 6 times in the past 3 months and this is my first time making a review. I am a zaxbys lover but this place you all just can’t get it right. I always order the wings all flats but I don’t know what you all are doing they are either extra extra crispy burnt with tongue poured over them but just flat nasty. I went today 9-13-22 for the wings & things. I eat the five wings and my hubby has the 3 tenders of course I drive off no tenders no big deal I went back they gave me the tenders. I was nice and sweet because the drive thru young lady was so pleasant. But I swear the wing sauce was perfect because I dipped the fries in it but the wings on the other hand tasted rotten I bit off two different wings and ended up spitting it out. I bought it home to my husband I didn’t say a thing he started to eat one and immediately spit it out. If you are serving bad chicken you need to STOP ASAP if you are franchised you need to get in compliance asap we both had upset stomachs having to use the bathroom. This is horrible you guys are making people sick with the poor quality of food you are serving. I will not go here anymore not this location I gave y’all 6 tries, hoping they would get it right but making me get sick is not cool. Sounds like the health inspector needs to pay them a visit. I will drive to Pflugerville they do a pretty good job.

Edit*** hey zaxbys owner, thanks for your generic reply and for being okay with your employees ruining our meal. We won’t be back.I do love their strips but I just went through the drive thru where I said thank you every time I was handed something and not once did I get a thank you back. Not a single one. Then I get home and none of our meals have sauce in them! Ugh, so frustrating to pay that much money for fast food and get terrible service and NO DIPPING SAUCE. Get your act together, Zaxby’s.

My boyfriend and I just went through the drive thru and I will say- a little patience goes a long way. They struggled a little bit with our order, but someone who I can only assume was a manager and I believe named Samantha took excellent care of us! She made sure that in the end, we left with the correct food, our food was perfectly cooked (and absolutely delicious), and our cookies were to die for.For my first time ever at a Zaxby's, I can say, I will be back!!Also, the person who helped us DEFINITELY deserves a raise and/or a bonus so Zaxby's corporate, if you read this, please give her one ☺️

Food just didn't seem fresh. I hope Zaxby's comes up with some new wing flavors or something at this point.

The prices are ridiculous and the quality you get for the prices is horrible. $31 for two salads and two tenders and it just wasn't that good. On top of that they didn't even give us salad dressing. Won't be going back there. It is a shame. When they first opened the food was good and it was moderately priced

Grabbed Father's Day food. If you order by the app, you are instructed to park and come inside. Cheese bites and fried pickle were good. The classic chicken sandwich was tasty and had a nice bun. The Coke Zero was brown but tasted like carbonated lemon water. My $33 order included 3 cookies but they were missing. Having walked in 9 minutes after the original estimate the order was not ready. It looked like they 3 employees working busily.

I would have preferred to post this privately, but did not find contact info for this location. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal on 7/11/22 @ 5:30pm. The chicken was very, very undercooked. The texture was close to a cold bologna and barely warm. It was inedible and totally unacceptable to receive as part of my carry out order. I took photos before throwing it away in the garbage. The meat seemed to have be thawed out and thrown on a grill for a moment before inserting inside a bun.
