I have dined here many times and it's one of my favorite places to eat in the state of Texas, great food very nice and prompt waiters. My past visit was perfect and I will come back here many times in the future!
My wife's burger and my philly cheesesteak were excellent along with the great and friendly service. Love his place.
It was our 40th anniversary and we had lunch at the restaurant. Star was our waiter and his service exceeded our expectations!! The food was amazing as always!! We had a lovely time!!

First time and will go back quite often. It's one hour from our home but well worth the beautiful drive. Historic with much class, food was spectacular, prices were great and service was first-class. Patty made it extra special. And the General Store, Emily shared information. So refreshing to have conversations with stunning environment.
Breakfast, Lunch, dinner, espresso, muffins, and iced tea are all great here.
The place is beautiful, however the lunch was mediocre. For $20, I had really hoped for a better hamburger.

Debbie took care of us, above and beyond! It was nice that the Chef took the time to come out and make sure we had a pleasurable experience! Food was excellent, as usual! Service was fantastic!

We always love going here. Our server was very kind but not as efficient as Debbie always is. This would never keep us from going though. Delicious
it was the first time that 2 at our table had been to and ate at this restaurant. 2 of our have been there multiple times and love everything. The other 2 was very much impressed and kept saying how good their food was and they sure would be back again.
Ordered pork chops and chef salad
and peach cobbler with ice cream. Did not get the ice cream and the pork chop was over done and to tough to eat. Chef salad was great . Not a happy person.
