“Very cool spot with a lot to look at in store with friendly employees. Food on the other hand is sub-par. Tried the brisket/sausage sandwich, shrimp poppers, ribs and boudin ball. Sandwich 2/5 was lukewarm, shrimp poppers 1/5 (also expensive), ribs 2/5 were very dry, boudin ball 4/5 (recommend). Good pit stop but be weary of the food.“
“Amazing side of the road BBQ joint. People were pouring in on a Tuesday afternoon. We had ribs, Mac n cheese, and a Ruben sandwich. Everything was amazing! There's a large gift shop area and baked goods. We bought a huge peanut butter cookie, banana pudding cup, and a turnover. Everything was fantastic. Highly recommend!“
“So welcoming and the food is delicious. Our coleslaw was pretty bland. On the good side: sausage, pulled pork, sliced brisket, okra, green beans, Mac and cheese were all outstanding. Extra credit on the meats that were so tender and juicy!!“
