This was our 1st time here.We were a party of 4.The temperature was cool & quite enjoyable.The atmosphere was rustic country.The service was very good.Our server,Alan, was pleasant & very curteous.He took our drink order & left us to decide our choices.When he returned with the drinks we ordered & he logged it into a little hand held computer.We got an entree of fried pickles/ranch dressing which were delightful.The ladies both had chicken fried chicken.Daughter...
I read all of the reviews for this restaurant, prior to our visit. We were not disappointed! We had been staying in Fort Parker State Park, and decided to give this place a try. From the moment you walk in the door each and everyone of the staff is so extremely friendly! I felt like I knew them, before I even sat down! It was a very friendly atmosphere, and the service was spot on! Alan was our waiter. He was amazing! The food did not disappoint! It was truly one of the best meals...
Hand battered onion rings, salad bar, gernerous portions, yum! Great service and clean! We were passing through back to HOU for a Thursday lunch and at 12 caught a live auction happening! Our young sons learned about farm to table real time! Would recommend -
