Waste of money... nothing tasted right, old fries, lukewarm burger with no flavor.
Ordered brisket whopper. Unwrapped my burger but saw no brisket. Took it to the order counter and opened the wrapper and said I ordered a brisket whopper. The manager just happened to walk up and she said it was under the cheese. So I dug my fingers into the cheese to peel it back and there was a small amount of shredded brisket. I looked up at the picture and said it doesn’t look like the picture of the order board. This was a Very disappointing attempt to pass it off for what’s on the picture displayed on the order board. I will never return to this Burger King when I’m hungry for a whopper

Delivery was absolutely horrible
Food was cold due to driver not following instructions and did not receive the complete order as well... probably driver kept the food for herself...bag was not sealed right

My son left his tablet on the table and went to go play I went to get more drink and she had took his tablet and then had the diasothy to sit on it and said my son left on the seat where sat on it

I stopped in for a quick meal, having skipped lunch. The restroom was immediately found to be unclean, with numerous insects (nats) present. A restaurant's responsibility extends beyond food and service to include maintaining a sanitary environment. My online order was in process when I observed an employee preparing food without gloves. The manager, whom I believe to be a short Hispanic woman, was unwelcoming. Due to these issues—specifically the unsanitary conditions and lack of proper food handling protocols—I will not patronize this Burger King again. I advise consumers who value quality service and cleanliness to proceed with caution.

Horrible Rube Hispanic lady manager. Tried to use a coupon and told me it was no good when it didn’t expire until the end of the month…. Can’t read the date, how crazy! This place use to be great, not anymore! Bring back Moises!!!!

Every morning he came to buy some breakfast and The girl who serves at the drive thru (she has her hair dyed blue) usually always serves with a bad mood. But today in particular I asked her for what she does every morning and at the same time
request my order in Spanish as usual she stays silent and I wait for her to answer me in Spanish as always and after a period of time she answers me something that I only understood the word ready and I advance to the window and she reluctantly answers me "le I asked what I was going to order" I told him yes I answered you and he told me again "I asked what I was going to order in English" I told him yes I answered you but I understood the word ready that's why I went to the window and you always answer me in Spanish when you ask I place my order"
and the lady reluctantly and with bad humor gives me my order
The truth is that lady is very rude, I also work with direct attention to clients and I treat them the way I like to be treated and that lady does not treat people well or maybe she doesn't like to get up so early and we pay the bills. consequences
