Everything was great although the chicken was a little to crunchy for my liking. For someone else who likes extra crunchy that would've been perfect for them the flavor was great,chicken was hot,and the order was quick

“we have to order the special order online” when other churches we are able to order the 10 piece meal deal 2 sides and 6 biscuits.. poor customer service and poor establishment when it comes to giving what the customer wants.. if it’s on the menu we expect to order it here and there
if you want good churches, go to the one on east freeway on normandy

If I could I would give no damn stars. Made it online order to pick it up can't even go inside the store to pick up my order. I have to wait in the damn long line ridiculous by the time I get my food it's cold. What's the use of placing an order online if I can't just pick up and I still have to wait outside in the long line.
Was not happy with the service or the food. They had one young man working the drive thru and the counter. I was asked if i would mind waiting about 12 minutes for my chicken, and i didn't mind until 25 minutes later i still hadn't got my chicken and then the chicken didn't even taste good. Then the person with me had ordered 2 large teas , 2 large cups (empty cups) and a 4 pack of hot apple pies and they charged him right at $18. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

So there family packs come with 2 leg.sides for 6 people and the price is high and some of the chicken is old and the taste not good, so make sure it's fresh before you accept it ?
