The drive thru is overwhelmed at times, but adequate. Food is fresh and great taste. I tend to order the stuffed jalapenos peppers an extra side. I didn't have to ask for extra sauce. Very friendly people working here. Hardly anyone gets to go inside to enjoy the food. Very clean and organized.
I ordered from the app and got my food pretty quickly. It was ready pretty much as soon as I walked through the door (I only had like a 5 min drive over to it)

This restaurant is on the outskirts of Houston in Channelview, so the food was good, the service was good but again this is the Houston area so it's as can be expected as far as the atmosphere ?
They mess up orders all the time and the last time I went in there to order my food. I got my drink it was unsweetened tea. I told the lady at the front “This doesn’t have sugar in it” The Hispanic guy just said “Yeah because we don’t have any sugar” and walked away. I assume he was a manager because he wasn’t wearing a uniform like the rest of the employees. They need to let people know before making a purchase what they do and don’t have. And If that guy is a manager then he needs to be trained on how to speak to customers.

Honestly the best Jack in the Box in the area. Especially around lunch time. Food is always fresh and really hot.I order my tacos with extra lettuce/sauce, they are always made how I order.I drive from Baytown to eat here if my kids are wanting it. The closest one to me is the one on Decker, and they are terrible.

The food is amazing, but this location focuses on the drive thru, nobody hardly ever eats in there, and after doing so I see why. The place is boring and old. But if you wanna sit somewhere and see everything happening on Sheldon rd, no better place, you're more than likely by yourself, and thenfood is AMAZING....
The food is ok. Service needs some help I have went threw the drive threw the last few times and keep getting sent to the front to park. I watched people getting there food that ordered a few cars behind me. It takes them a little to long to get your stuff to you. Definitely needs some work.

Been a long tile since I've been to any fast food restaurant that brought out my food and it was all hot. Burger, tacos and fries all hot at the same time. I like that they didn't have a bunch of tacos sandbagged waiting for someone to order them. They were made fresh. The only thing that bothered me here was the soda machine didn't work so I had to bother them and wait for a refill. The workers don't really control that though. I do with that JIB but s a whole would split the condiments across both buns. Put the mustard and ketchup on the bottom and the mayo on the top etc. Because it's so much. I even asked for no ketchup and didn't know it also came with mustard. And it was sloppy as all get out. Couldn't imagine if it had ketchup too. I'd have to eat it with a fork and knife and wear a baby bib. The individual locations just do what corporate says though so that really has nothin to do with them. All in all they did a great job today in my opinion.
