I tried calling 4 time and the guy really rude. May 3 2025

I had 700 pesos. Lady said I could get 1 large pizza , 4 churros and a 2l pepsi. I feel like I definetly got ripped off. Bcs It comes out being 35$ in american money. I didnt even get what I wanted it was like she wanted to choose out for me. I couldnt here her either with that Loud MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!

Wednesday afternoon came in to order food they said 10-15 min. I came back 20 min later and they haven’t even started it. Yeah and I pay for this

Door is hard to open/ close it’s been broken for more then a year tho good - fast food

Seems like staff can't answer phone calls at this location.

I had to forcefully cancel my order from Uber eats because the system of uber typed in the wrong address and I was still charged for the mail. However, I came up to the restaurant. Was willing to pay for the same thing all over again with a gentleman at the counter was very respectful and professional. I saw the problem immediately and made my food for me all during closing time. I highly recommend this location! 950 pm 12-22-2024

Ladies are always ready to take orders, and make sure proper cooking is done right on time. May God Bless them around Rude and Unpatient customers at all times. If any ingredient is missing understand that it's not their fault. Be ready to enjoy the best pepperoni and my favorite queso sticks!!

Food is amazing, but the workers are awful. Called 8 times, they don’t pick up or just pick up the phone to hang up, first time trying it and the food is good just not the best experience with the workers. Please educate the workers better

It is the third time I have come to this place to pick up pizza and wings and the staff has treated me very well, the pizzas are always golden brown as I ask for with very good flavor

Order a pizza by phone, the employee didn’t get my name just said “mhmm hmm” and hang up, called back to check if they got my order they would answer and hanged up. So I went to pick it up at 9:30 doors were locked and closed. Was knocking for 10 mins till someone answer. I asked if they got my order since they hang up on me, they asked me what I order because they didn’t have my name.

Order on their website and the food was never delivered. The driver just kept saying he didn't speak English over and over. The store and manager were rude and refused any help. I never received the food or a refund and it is going on 14 days waiting for one. I will now have to dispute with my bank and wait for my $38.24 refund. What a hassle. Never order from Pizza Patron. They don't care at all about their customers. Managers don't even attempt to provide customer service at all. They are aware that the order was not delivered and have refused to do their job and issue a refund. I originally gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 3 and half hours for them while they said the manager would call me back so they could send me my order I paid for that I was still patiently waiting on. After 3 and 1/2 hours I gave up on waiting for the food and asked for a refund. Now it's been 14 days with no refund, no follow up, no apology, nothing to even attempt to do right. It's shameful. I don't recommend them unless you want to pay them for nothing and then wait for 3 1/2 hours for n
Food to still not come, then 2 weeks for them still to not issue a refund, and then however long this bank dispute takes to actually get a refund from your bank having to charge it back! Hopefully they go bankrupt before they ripoff too many more people.

I ordered online and place an order for Patrona Supreme XL, Queso Stix and a 2L Pepsi, it was very delicious, everything from ordering online to the pick up was perfect. Definitely coming back here.

First time visiting. Super nice employee and good music playing. I ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza and churros. It took awhile to make since there was a person ahead of me. Pepperoni pizza was delicious. Churros were delicious. The cheese pizza was yucky and undercooked. Overall I would drive the 20 minutes to buy again.
