I went today I got home to eat my family the chicken wasn't cooked right it was all mushy it hardly didn't have no meat nothing but crust the biscuits were nasty as well not cooked I will never go there again they need to be ashamed of themselves selling food like that I would give them no stars if I could I wouldn't get nothing there anymore

This was one of the cleaner locations. But a backend chicken sandwich will be made and modified before you order. Nothing is fresh unless you order and wait forever. Like even being asked to pull forward doesn't mean you'll get hot fresh food.
One of the workers there continuously ignored by boyfriend when he was just trying to ask for napkins and it was blatant kept just looking at him and turning around not even a hold on or ill get someone for you lol but other than that the cashier was very nice and food came out fast and hot
Absolutely zero soft skills in dealing with customers. Today I tried the drive-thru and the menu board was not on due to a storm two nights ago. The voice came over the speaker, "What do you want?" I explained that the menu board was not on, to which the voice replied, "Yeh, it doesn't work, what do you want?" Is it even worth finishing this review? This is a waste of my time.
