I walk into the Subway there’s no customers there the lady at the front desk leaning over the counter texting on her phone and I see there is no cookies she responds oh I’m sorry baby I ain’t have time to make none today lol took myself right down to Sheldon which is more cleaner and has better store presence.

Bros needs to be fired, this time and day for this shift. They literally kept people standing there for over 15min making pick up orders, not acknowledging anyone, just to say they don't have the bread I want. Piss poor service and a waste of time.

It is the second time I come to this location, the 2 times I have come, I am totally satisfied with the preparation of the subway, the ladies are fast with excellent customer service, the place is small but with clean tables and floors, it is very busy now I understand why They are always busy, I highly recommend it and obviously it will be one of my favorite locations thanks to the staff

Girl that works here is a hard worker props to her , but management must have someone who runs this business with their head up their rear end. Brother if you are going to be open weekends expect to be busy especially if you are doing door dash and Uber eats order. 6 people waiting in line and online orders 1 person working alone is too much to handle. Anybody without any business knowledge knows better. Waited over 20 min to order food. Food was good. The wait time is what brings the bad review.
