THE BEST SUBWAY ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN! Food is always super fresh orders are never wrong and the staff is always in a good mood and they move QUICK! Special shoutout to Yasmeen I come here 5 times a week and have never been disappointed!

After placing an order online in the app, and waiting the appropriate 20 minutes, I went inside to find my food had been given to DoorDash. Yasmeen, who said she was the manager, asked Miriam, in Spanish, if she had asked for the name of the customer from the dasher. She replied in the negative. When I displayed being upset by slightly elevating my voice, Yasmeen accused me of screaming at her. I was not even close to screaming. She offered no solution except to say that it had already been picked up.
I showed her in the app that it was not ordered in or for DoorDash, however, she blew off my proof of purchase on my phone and offered no further solution again.
I demanded a refund and the Manager's name and phone number of the person above her and She WALKED AWAY and REFUSED to come back to the counter. I asked both Miriam and Tania to get her back to finish the interaction because I wanted the phone number. They refused to bring her back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS TRASH... I'm sure that the food isn't bad, but ya know...

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today. I am currently pregnant and for obvious reasons I can not eat food well cooked or heat up. I asked for a toasted footlong with chicken and the lady only put teb seconds. I trusted this was okay but I could not eat the sandwich due to how cold the meat was. If she knew she could not heat up my sandwhich right she shouldve warmed the chicken correctly. I always order the same sandwhich and never had this problem in the past. I asked for her to do me a new sandwhich correctly since I could not eat the one I paid for and she refused. I will not be returning to this subway again.

THE WORST customer service on 2 occasions and bought at this place because it is close to home both times super bad the food takes a long time to serve there are 2 women who have there they see the line and start talking ignoring the people nodding The food with a bad attitude, the place is dirty when you enter, you notice the lack of cleaning on the floor and tables, you end up eating cold until the staff decides to take the subway and after they want to charge you with a horrible face, this place is not recommended.

The old ladies that work here during the week are THE ABSOLUTE WORST people I've ever dealt with at a restaurant.

They are so incredibly rude and mean. It's impossible to get something made how you want because of how terrible they are, it's as if they hate their job to the max.

I had two of the SAME EXACT sandwiches being made, and asked for heavy pickle. One lady quickly popped off saying "I can only make one sandwich at a time!". Like, ma'am, you job isn't that hard and you are literally putting the pickles on both the sandwiches anyway.

They're the worst. Luckily, subways are everywhere.

Kid-friendliness: I would not bring my kids here. If one of those ladies talks to my child like they talk to adult customers, I will literally cuss them out in front of everyone.

Shift leader Juan was an excellent example of proper food handling and preparation changing gloves to prevent cross contamination. He was very courteous as well. Overall the best experience I've had at Subway in the last couple of years.
