Amazing Food and Service!
I can absolutely see why there’s always a line here! I came in for tortillas, but it was a perfect day as they were serving carnitas, barbacoa, and menudo. I ended up trying a little bit of everything, and the flavor was fantastic. The barbacoa had no excess grease, which was a pleasant surprise, and the carnitas were just as delicious. The tortillas were warm and ready, adding that perfect touch to every bite.
The salsas were incredible—each one had a unique, bold flavor that really elevated the meal. What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service. The staff is friendly and efficient, and your food comes out fast without sacrificing quality. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone who loves great food and great service!

Saw the line outside figured it was a hidden gem. Got inside and it has a small atmosphere. No biggie. Ordered payed extra for each sauce and more to get half and half of tamales which they only had chicken and still up-charged me. Corn tortillas were great. The tamales were a miss, more masa than food. Then they all come spicy. Which isn’t bad for me but other family members it is. Wish they would have said something. Then the barbacoa was so flat. No taste.

CAREFUL!
According to the sign, a dozen tamales cost $18 but when you order half and a half they charge you an extra $.50 cents. They charge you for a small glass of sauces at $.50 cents each and they were still charging me extra for things.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY AND CLAIM! Because maybe many don't even notice and right now we're not giving away the $$ because everything is expensive.
They always have good service and very good food

Restaurantji Recommends
The food is wonderful! I have been going there for a few years and I’m impressed with the quality of the food and the kindness from its employees. Costs have gone up but so has everything else in other stores/restaurants. Sometimes there is a wait line on the weekends but definitely worth the wait!

Pessimistic customer service. I called the first time, the lady was very kind to place an order, I asked her how much for the tortillas and she put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then he hangs up on me. I call again and he puts me on hold for another 5 minutes and hangs up on me again. I called again and he hung up on me again. The 4th time I called him I got angry and told him that's how they treat people. It was assumed that it was someone else's fault and the phone hung up on its own. When I told him I needed 10 pounds of tortillas he said no. I asked to speak to the owner and she said she was it. The mere owner hanging up the phone on people.

I go regularly to this tortilleria, and I have bought different things several times, including dough for tamales, but it had never occurred to me to pass it on, and I just bought 10 pounds, according to me, and it turns out that it is less, that's why it occurred to me to pass it on, because I didn't care. It seemed like 10 pounds.
