Selling/shipping new product with parts missing, will not fix the problem.
returned my broken product to you on the 19th of April! ( that was after spending over a week trying to get a return label!) You received it the 22nd. yet after numerous calls I find out that on the 26th. My replacement had still not been sent out. I'm told it will get mailed that day, but even after a label was created on the 26th. it was not picked up or dropped of until April 30th. ( on the 26th. I was told I would receive it by the 29th) Here we are May 2nd. UPS showing an estimated delivery of May 5th. So from my first contact with you on the 12th. It will be over 3 weeks and 3 days to get my exchange! almost a month! That is not the way to do business! Highly disappointed in the service ! How can I get the package to you in under 3 days but it takes over 3 weeks for you to send it to me? Will not be using your company again.
