This location is run down & needs improvements. I was the only car in the drive through at breakfast & still had to pull forward & wait (2 biscuits & 2 bkfast potatoes lol). They walked out & practically threw the bag in the window without saying a word lol

this area needs to be advertised more. It is so much easier to get to most of the time then going all the way around to the East Sam Houston Location that is so much busier and harder to get to and not as quick as service. This location had very friendly people and very fresh food. I really liked it and we’ll go there again. Every chance I get and I will definitely send more people there from now on. I was never much of a Wendy’s eater, but I will be from now on.

Just came from this wendys got home fries were cold and some were stale. The girl at windows tried didn't want to give us the 2 for 7 even though it was on the app talking about let me see if it will work girl it's on the app. Also my husband asked for sweet and sour sauce she gave him 4 bbq sauces. Child this place is a mess. I will be calling to complain in the morning. Not that it's gonna matter. Ugh
They used to have good food and nice friendly service with correct orders but this location has gone down hill 😑 I always have to pull up and wait for the order, they rarely give a receipt, and after the several minutes of waiting...they basically toss your order at you and disappear back inside before you can make sure it's correct

Last 4 times I’ve ordered ahead I was parked off to the side for 15-20 mins while I watched 4-5 cars pull up, order at the speaker, get their food at the window, and drive away after less the 5 mins.
Last time it happened after 15 mins of waiting and watching I drove back through the line and the illiterate teenager working the window basically laughed me off.
McDonald’s and Whataburger are right across the street. Much better options.
