Have been here several times. There is a very bad language barrier. Only one person working spoke English and she has a very strong accent! They're always out of stuff, and you always have to pull forward and wait for your food to be brought out.

My family pulled up and waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes then pulled to the window and the staff all piled out of the car like clowns and all walked into the back of the store.

The restaurant smells like its never been actually cleaned. Almost like they use the mop with somekind of dirty water.Imagine the hygene on the food.Mmmm....The service is sloppy ...I ve never gone back.Paying for food should get you a fresh well made meal ...... whatever happened to customer service in south east texas.

We have been coming to this Wendy's for years and the service is continued to decline and yet today I had no choice but to run by there for lunch and the food was horrible. The further that I got was not cooked thoroughly, the unsweetened tea tasted like it was several days old even though I ordered sweet tea. The employee could not speak enough English to even understand what I was ordering. I'm not understanding why it is decline so much so quickly. I will never go back.

Should of known better, it's 2023 come one people que deveras Les vale Madre? Me hisieron estacionar y todavia me dieron la comida Fria! They made me park and my food was cold, kinda Shi.. is that. Lady that gave me my food didn't even say thank you after I said thank you. Esta Gente le vale Madre. If your the owner and your reading this Get your people together this food is cold doesn't taste good even after I warmed it up. FRESH do y'all know what that means??

My husband and I ordered double bacon stack with fries and nuggets. And I ordered the Jr. cheeseburger with fries and nuggets. when we got home with the food, everything was cold and tasted old. His double bacon stack was even not the right hamburger. it was a waste of our money. My mother in law's nuggets I ordered for her was also cold so she couldn't eat it. Waste!!! Very disappointing!!! Never going back there ever again.

Food is great and fresh always hot. The workers there are mostly Hispanic and every time me and my black boyfriend come in they are so passive aggressive towards us but are super nice to whoever comes in after us. One lady tried refused to cancel my order at the cash register before I had even paid, I just wanted to know how much it was gonna be and I only had a certain amount to spend she told me she couldn't cancel and I said huh she said no cancel I said why not then my bf spoke up and she caught an attitude and swiftly canceled the order so I could reorder. I hope they keep her off the register bc I wanted to throw my drink at her, I'm homeless and don't have time for nonsense I just be hungry
