Didn't think I'd be back here with this, but I'm tired of giving this place chance after chance. This is the 10th time since I've been working in Channelview that this Whataburger in particular has messed up my order. How do you forget three sets of hasbrowns, forget to put a sausage patty in a breakfast bowl, and a whole ass Breakfast on a bun? This isn't the only time this has happened and I'm tired of paying for food that I don't end up getting. This will be the last time I ever order from this Whataburger. I will not be going to this location ever again until something is done to either better your employees or hire a new group of staff that will actually do their jobs right.

This is my 3rd time coming here and being given terrible service the 1st it was night the guy in windows had a horrible attitude the 2nd waited 20 minutes fries were old brown and old looking and 3rd waited 15 minutes and fries were cold and old. 3 strikes your out for me. This place used to be good. I used to go there to eat and study during my Masters program. I'm not sure what happened, but don't waste your time or money.

Always visit Whataburger anytime in Houston. The food is excellent and always consistent. Staff is very friendly. Wish we had these in nebraska
This Whataburger has never let me down. I return today accidentally gave the guy a 20 mixed in with a bunch of ones and he brought the 20 back to me they have some very honest employees that work here.

Whataburger....more like Whata wait! There were 2 cars in front and I sat there for 16 minutes. Food was good and exactly what I asked for. Total wait was 21 minutes from the time I ordered.
