As usual, all you ever get is , that was ok with Whataburger. More condiments mayo, onions, lettuce, than meat. The weight of the 2 meat patties weighed less than what a single Whataburger should be.

Usually good spot for drive tru but I came Sunday night 7/27 and there was no one in drive tru to talk tru the speaker waited 5 mins with no answer so I went inside no problem but they started taking orders in drive tru once I came in just my luck đ

I thought the cashier seemed to be rude while I was ordering drive thru. I felt uncomfortable and awkward and didn't know what to do, later the cashier apologized at the window for the misunderstanding but I just wanted to take my food and leave. Another lady tried talking to me but I already felt annoyed by then. Food was good but service wise should do better. Sadly will not be coming back anymore.

I donât know what happened here, used to be the BEST whataburger around! Now⊠they mess up EVERY mobile order and our fries are always COLD.. like cold! We donât live but 3 mins away from you guys.. BK fries are always HOT so thereâs no excuse. Whatever yall changed⊠CHANGE IT BACK!!!

Usually I am very understanding when it comes to long waits at fast food locations, though this place was completely unacceptable.
I made an order online 5-7 minutes prior to showing up, and whenever I walked in and told an employee I was here for an online pickup, she said they were just working on it. I then had to wait 29 minutes from the time they received my order, to get my food, and during the 20 minutes waiting there for my food, it wasnât any better. I saw two employees on their phones in plain sight, one man gotten his order wrong walking in after me, and both managers present werenât doing anything. I had to get up and ask a manager for the progress of my food just for them to ask if I had told anyone. I told them I did, and then said who I told, and the manager and that employee proceeded to argue in front of me.
With the fact that there was only one guy in dining before me, and one after and one drive-thru, they very well werenât in a rush. For the time I waited for a single meal that I ordered ahead of time, I am very disappointed. I shouldnât have to wait nearly half an hour for fast food while there is four in-shop employees present, and two managers on site as well. I would honestly avoid this Whataburger and go to the one on Wallisville.

I asked for coke and creamy pepper sauce on uber eats and yall gave me diet coke and no creamy pepper sauce. Very unprofessional yall chose to work here. At least do something right

Went through the drive through and a girl named Jessica took my order. When I got to the window she took my card to pay for the food but took a long time with my card. 30 minutes later I check my bank statements for there to be a charge for my food and a $250 charge for Coach!!! I know it had to be her cause I am very careful with where I put my card information. Iâm guessing she took a while with my card cause she was using it to buy her stuff!!! When I talked to my bank they said only the card info got compromised and that it didnât look like someone hacked into my account

Why in the hell when I say 2 number 2s do yall hear 10?! Yall kept saying 10 and I keep saying no! Yall catch an attitude and say âYES. 2 number 10sâ and I have to yell and say NO TWO. T. W. O. 2 as is 1-2! And yall just go âGimmie a moment.â For what? cause you canât hear 2 and get mad when I get mad yall pop off with nasty shit tones when I kept saying no to 10. What other number is short and starts with a T ??? Number TWO.
