I usually don't blast a place but it's a regular occurrence to have my order messed up or just forgotten. I've order for curbside and had the order completed and nothing for another 30mins just for them to tell me they didn't know what happened. Some cleared it and they clear them a lot when they're busy. You go because it's "quick" The app helps a lot. Use the app you'll rely on the staff less that way
The hamburger was not put together. We asked for diet drinks and they were out of ALL soda drinks. They gave us a choice of tea or water. So we got unsweet tea and sweet tea. Went to the window to get our food and drinks. Give us both sweet tea which we didn't ask for both being sweet. Cause my husband is a diabetic and we told them that also. So they made unsweet tea. They were mad cause they had to redo a drink. That unsweet tea didn't look like tea. They changed us for tea...read full review
