We chose Pizza Hut for my son’s 9th birthday party, and they did not disappoint! 🎉 The staff was so friendly and professional, and they handled our big order of 15 pizzas with ease. Every pizza came out hot, fresh, and delicious—the cheese, pepperoni, and beef all had the perfect balance of sauce to cheese. My son and his friends had the best time, and Pizza Hut truly helped make his birthday extra special. Highly recommend! 🍕

Ordered pizza on the mobile app. Paid for my pizza in full. When my pizza was delivered they charged me an additional $8. When I called the store Shannon was very rude and said I was yelling. She then proceeded to talk over me. Very unprofessional.

So I'm kinda wondering if it's a company thing but Everytime I order extra of something no matter what it is, I never get it but get charged for it. Like either they are totally disregarding what the screen says or just flat out not paying attention, or nowadays hiring people who can't read.

I’ve been here a lot, it appears they have all new staff, so any previous reviews to this one should be null and void. As far as January 2025 : The staff were super friendly, pizza was great, they were fast and going around helping everyone in the dining room and cleaning up tables quickly after they left. they were busy with a full dining room so extra props to them.. Overall was a great experience and the environment was like the good ol days at Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut please take good care of this staff crew if you want this location to keep doing well, we’d love to go back to have the same good experience.

I'm sure it wasn't the stores fault but whomever answered the phone dud not understand English or what i wanted. It sounded like it went to a call center. I got some cracker thick trash pizza it's definitely not what I asked for. Tried calling right back and they were closed. No dinner tonight after traveling for 9 hours.
