Dairy Queen provides a mixed experience for its customers. While some staff members, like the young man who took an order, are courteous and efficient, others, like a certain female staff member, can be rude and unprofessional. However, on a positive note, the all-male shift has been known to do an amazing job, with perfect orders and generous toppings. The food, including the new tacos, is also a highlight, with customers enjoying their meals and planning to return soon. Overall, Dairy Queen's customer service can be hit or miss, but the food is consistently good.
