This sonic refuses to make the food the way you ask. Every single time we go in and ask for no cheese or no pickles or no tomatoes. Guess what? They seem to add double cheese pickles and tomatoes. It been this way for a long time. The cheese is really nasty here and the tator tots are always way undercooked. Really sucks because we have to go into waco to find a sonic that will make it correctly if we want sonic. I tried the phone app today and same thing. Sad because I did like sonic. Whataburger is better anyway and they almost always do it how you ask.

Ordered the new pretzel bacon smash burger only to get a regular bun. We also ordered two wacky packs, got one toy, and only one side out of two. I did not receive the fries with the second wacky pack. I also had to have them go get my mozzarella sticks that they forgot. I also specifically asked for shredded cheese on my order and got one slice. No sauce packets or anything either. Im VERY disappointed.

Went on the 15th after ordering in the app, took about 15-20 mins for the food which is fine they were busy but when they brought out the food I was told the ice cream machine was out which all I wanted was a refund. The kid said he did it but it is the 19th now and still have not received my money back.

The service is always with a smile. The girl on roller skates is holding it down for all the roller skaters out there. Shout-out. Usually pretty quick service and everyone is nice. What more could you ask for?
This is the worst Sonic. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and it was wearing. Went a second time just for drinks with just 2 cars there and after waiting 5 minutes with no one answering the red button we left.

We went to two different places to eat tonight… Sonic in China Springs, Tx and McDonalds in China Spring,Tx and the burgers at sonic were really good also the burger was a decent size. McDonald’s on the other hand the “Lil Mac” that was suppose to be a Big Mac looked like a breakfast sausage sandwich with the sandwich closed it looked like there was just pieces of bread. McDonald’s Not sure How you can happily serve this food to customers. Sonic it was a great meal and decent service. McDonald’s I threw your food in the trash.
