Let's just address the fact that they can't get a single thing right. Very few cars in the lot, over 30 minutes to receive my order, (cheeseburger, tots and a diet coke), tater tots were soggy, a hair in my burger and flat coke. Absolute no recourse in my complaints. Don't come here if you are hungry. Small side note, the young lady that was the car hop did nothing wrong

Polite and quick staff, ordered ahead. App is very easy to navigate and place orders. Orders came out exactly as expected.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are their mozzarella sticks, french fries, tater tots (and cheese sauce), soft pretzel twists, and onion rings.Dietary restrictions: I'd say order on the app if you have restrictions as they are more likely to get your order correct.Kid-friendliness: Always have kid meals that come with cute toys!Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is accessible and there is always a short ramp for outdoor seating.

My food was warm but not cooked server argued with me about it too, never had this issue at a sonic but it’s happened a couple times here, when I place a mobile order it’s never ready but staff checks is as done immediately after I check in.

Consistently cold food and stale, chewy fries. I know as soon as I put my hand in the bag when they hand it to me, it's the same cold nastiness.Hey SONIC, respond to everyone's review publicly so everyone can see, openly your corporate thoughts and resolve. Stop giving generic individual robotic responses. Pretty much everyone loves your restaurant. Don't blow it by serving less than desirable orders and disconnect.

I ordered 2 toasted sandwiches and a small drink. Neither of the sandwiches were toasted, the bread was wet from melted butter. The sandwiches were a lil pricey also. The small drink for 2.09 was smaller than a 12 oz soda and tasted horrible. This was not a good way to start the morning off. The server was nice and they did bring out the food at a decent time though. I just wish I would've noticed the issues before I drove all the way home.

Staff are always so pleasant and easy to work with. They may make the occasion mistake in an order, but considering how many orders they have to deal with, I think they should get a little slack. Especially since they readily correct anything brought to their attention.

Good food. Ok prices. Staff was fast and friendly. Gave a tip to our very nice car hop! However, please fix your card machine on sign with menu. We've been to two different Sonics and neither worked correctly.

Living in China Spring there aren't too many fast food options. I try to give the benefit of the doubt with places being short staffed but I am disappointed EVERY single time I have visited this location. It doesn't matter what time of day you go. My order has NEVER been correct. They put condiments on things that don't even have those condiments on them, they leave off things you pay extra for, and the food isn't ever hot. It's ridiculous! When you make a mistake, no big deal it happens, but when you make the same mistakes every single time, you obviously don't care and are choosing to suck. Do better Sonic!!

Most of the stalls are broken. So you’ll drive around in circles waiting for someone in a working one to leave so you can order.

It's the third time I've ordered a burger from here that was cold, dry, and had obviously been sitting around for hours before they used it on my order. I know you're busy and wanna save time by making a bunch of patties in the morning and using them as the day goes on but damn.
