Store is always dirty and short staffed. Do not order the kids chicken nuggets, they are burnt beyond recognition. The grill's looked dirty.

Cashier misunderstood my order of 10 bone I wings for six and said he could not add four more to the order without charging me for 10 more - sad experience on my first visit

I went to buy an ice cream cone and they told me the machine was broken just for not selling me an ice cream.

Took a really long time for no customers.. Didn't receive drinks from combo meal and I thought maybe the sauce i got was just dark, NO just burnt. The man who took our order looked like he was upset we were there and the cook had headphones on dancing. I left to put groceries away and my wife said they would look at her and back at each other and chuckle.

First time trying it. Walked in to Walmart solely to try this place. The employee Jajun was throwing food around never spoke not even at the register until he told us our total. Complaint about having a “rush” with one order for two people ahead of us. He was cursing the whole time. The food was made wrong the employee even mocked me as I complained to the manager!!! $70 worth of food to be treated less than trash!!!! My children have NEVER seen me so poorly treated!! I will report to corporate and expect to hear answers. I have picture and video of how dirty it was. If the employee giving me dirty looks the ENTIRE TIME!!!! I’m now afraid to shop at my local Walmart for fear that employee may retaliate as he even made gestures towards us as we left!!!!

We started our order around 5:30pm, and the whole experience was awful. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki sandwich with no lettuce, no tomatoes, and light mayo, but still received the wrong sandwich. When my family member asked about fixing the fries, the manager refused to redo them, which was very disappointing.

It then took over an hour and a half to finally get our food. The store was disorganized, one employee was handling lettuce and tomatoes without gloves, and the trash hadn’t been taken out. To make things worse, a customer had their children sitting on the counter where food is served, and staff did nothing about it.

On top of everything, I spent around $20 on this meal, and I thought it was extremely disrespectful that my order wasn’t corrected. It also took 30 minutes just to reach a manager on the phone to get a refund processed.

Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Had best experience yesterday went around 12 Henry did explain that he was training new shift leader he was very proud doing his job explaining to new guy what came on each sandwich how to talk to guest and take orders you need more people like Henry at your stores he offered me try old school my first time here let me tell u he made best old school Sand wish I will be back for old school and cheese fries best sweet tea I had in long time I thought bill millers had best sweet tea y'all tea great I wish y'all had shakes ice cream it's ok I will be back

Took 30 minutes to get food. Fries were cold, staff were unhelpful and rude.

I just got my first teriyaki cheese sandwich from Charley’s in Cibolo, Tx and it will be my last. I took it out to my car where I could sit and enjoy, but it was so soggy could not be picked up. Had I looked at it before leaving, I would not have accepted it

The food was burnt to a crisp! But at least she smiled the whole time 🤦🏽‍♀️ I took the plate to Slims and we laughed at it together 🤷🏾‍♀️

My husband got a sandwich and had asked for no veggies, when he opened the box it had veggies, I had ordered chicken California and it had like a 1/4 of meat on there so like not even half of the sandwich had any meat on it. Our kids got wings and they were burnt. Not very pleased with our first time eating here.
