We eat here regularly but on Saturday nights there is always a problem with my order, the speed of service and the quality of food. This time I ordered 30 nuggets meal for the kids and they only put 24 nuggets in the box. My wife and I ordered sandwiches and thankfully those were right. I called and spoke with Jeremiah. This kid is passive aggressive and not accommodating to my concerns. He didn’t give me any options other than I had to come switch out the 24 piece nugget with a 30 piece(originally ordered)and he would give me 2 large fries for the inconvenience. I didn’t want that option and asked for another option to which he said unfortunately there are no other options. This upset me and when I was trying to get to the bottom of another solution apparently he couldn’t handle an upset customer so he hung up on me. Now when I try calling it goes straight to voicemail. I even tried to call from my daughters phone, seems like it started to go through but the number is very similar to mine so yeah, it went to voicemail and I can’t get through. Now I have no way to redeem any compensation for the missing food. How childish is a manager to act this way and now I feel like chic fil a has stolen from me. The lack of Jeremiahs leadership is a reflection of the quality of employees that are working this location on Saturday night, especially the one counting nuggets. There isn’t even a 24 piece nugget available. I would understand if it was 1 maybe 2 short but someone there can’t count, Maybe Jeremiah is counting them? This isn’t the first time, nor the second thy have messed up and Jeremiah mishandled the complaint. I gave him the benefit of the doubt last time and just swallowed the slap in the face options he gave me. Not this time, I will be calling corporate and will make a formal complaint against Jeremiah for causing me extra stress over a meal. I will not let anyone take food off of the table of my family and then shun me for complaining.

When I heard there was a Chick-fil-A opening up in my area, I was more than excited. The food is awesome, and prices are reasonable. Their staff is very kind and respectful towards everyone. The atmosphere is clean and organized, but it is a bit bland due to the lack of decor. Overall, this new Chick-fil-A is very recommended.
Although my family enjoys the cuisine, the cost per serving is disproportionately high.

Everything was perfect. The restaurant was new and clean, the service was fast, the workers constantly checked in on us to ensure we didn't need anything. Such a lovely lunch break
Love Chick-fil-A one of my favorite. Love their chicken minis, the peach shake, Grill sandwich, and they have a lot of more good stuff there I can right here all day. I usually make my meals the way I want it with whatever they have available and I enjoy this thing to the max. Their customer service are amazing very friendly very kind they always cheer my day, and I can say that this one is one of the fastest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to you don't stay too long in line it's like super fast love it.
I ordered delivery and they COMPLETELY LEFT my order WRONG. $25 for a $12 meal...WASTED! I'll never order or visit this location again. POS.
