Great steak tacos.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in the service that I experienced in my visit to the Chipotle today. My son and I frequent this location very often and today I believe has changed my support to further patronize Chipotle anymore. I am a strong believer in customer service and satisfaction. Today you all advertised a deal of BOGO between the hours of 3PM-4PM. My son and I arrived at the Chipotle store on 872 Cibolo Valley Dr., Cibolo, Tx. 78108 where the manager Claudia Cepeda was on duty. We arrived at approximately 3:40 pm and the line was wrapped around to the back of the store. We patiently waited in line for over 30 minutes only to get to the front of the line at 4:08pm and Claudia and the employees informed us (as well as about 10 other customers) that she will no longer be honoring the BOGO deal for the day. There were only two other customers in front of me and she honored the last person at about 4:06 pm. I understand there was a cut off time but for me to plead with her that we had been waiting in that line for over 30 minutes meant absolutely nothing to her and she refused to budge on her decision. I tried to advocate for all of us that were remaining in line that had definitely been there before 4pm but she did not care. I drove about 30 minutes to get to Chipotle and I feel that I just wasted a big chunk of my time today. I asked her for her card and her manager number and I was unable to reach anyone at BOTH numbers. I can't imagine that Chipotle is OK with their customers being treated that way. I wish she would have set some kind of marker out to signify those of us that were there before 4PM so she could properly honor the deal that we showed up for. This is just not the way to treat your customers and I can't imagine that is acceptable behavior allowed from the corporate office. I have never felt treated so unfairly by a vendor that I patronize. I have never experienced a restaurant not honoring customers that were in the store prior to the store closing or any type of deal that involves a time deadline. I am almost certain that if I had visited the other location that I also frequent, they would have honored those remaining customers who were in the store prior to the 4PM deadline. I don't know if Claudia represents how Chipotle actually values their customers but today's experience was unbelievably hardening and disappointing. I felt like we did not matter as a customer. I hope that in the future Claudia as a manager is better trained on best practices on how to handle and better serve her customers with mechanisms in place to handle large crowds who arrive to patronize her store when these types of deals are announced. A simple announcement or a marker behind that last 4M person would show more appreciation of customers. Waited for over 30 minutes believing that she was honoring those of us who had been there before 4PM. Thank you for your time!
Worst location. Extremely small portions given compared to many nearby locations

Cashier mid aged adult lady mabey Hispanic looked at me very rudely like I had dirt on me and then the kind of young Caucasian boy a little older helps clean, I was trying to look at the meat first and he went to the cashier and said yal can serve her treated me as if I didn't have money to pay and looked at me with disgust, and then the price is pretty much false advertising two other guys walked out saying the same thing I thought, it says 11.50 something like that on the board but my food came out to 17 something I wanted to leave that there because it didn't even look worth it they don't do it how they used to do it but terrible experience with looks of judgment the young girl who is working she was very sweet and took my order with a smile
I’m upset because I normally go at lunch time and I go a lot during the week there’s times that I go 2 times in a day I have never ever gone at night, well I’m going to give night people one star even the manager that night he wears black glasses he was so very i professional I will go tomorrow during lunch asking for regional manager information, we i approached they employee didn’t even have salad so i had to wait now you tell me it wasn’t even busy how can I wait for you and you can’t wait for me to decide and THINK of what I WANT in MY BOWEL!! Then I get to to the cashier i noticed the man and asked him are you the manager I explained to him that there’s no rush to tell his employees to slow down he said there actually are times they have to hurry I said I ok because if you rush them then this happens I showed him where I can’t even get beans anymore because when I take it it of the bag it will spill like last time where they didn’t even close it right well I took it out of the bag what I had ordered and I said yeah look again they didn’t close it right and he just walked away so very unprofessional not a I’m sorry nothing!! Just walked towards the back where the online ordered are being made. Then I told the cashier look at this persons foil the next customer that was behind me it was sour cream smeared on the lid that’s completely laziness!!! What ever happened to hearing the customer out???
Vegetarian options: I haven’t seen ANY VEGAN LABELS the employees are rushing you to get you out of there to even decide what you want!

Overcharged me, always understaffed, horrible and entitled attitude from the kids they hire, and cannot handle more 1 person at a time. My last straw with this place was ordering online and being blatantly ignored with about 6 other customers behind me at the pickup line. After I was forced to go inside a DoorDash order got their stuff right away and 45 minutes later I never received my food. The absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to 0/10 would not recommend.

Let me start by saying we order from this Chipotle every week. The food quality hasn’t been an issue, but there seems to be a consistent lack of employees being staffed. We usually order ahead on the app and on our most recent visit there was absolutely nobody at the Chipotlane and a line of cars wrapped around the building to collect their food. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this issue either - they need to DO BETTER when it comes to having enough people to properly get the food to the customer.

The only reason I come to this location is that it’s the closest in distance for me, but I’m going to start driving to either to Selma or New Braunfels.
I have gotten terrible service from this location. Any delivery orders we receive are wrong or missing items, so I end up having to pay a delivery fee AND waste gas to go get the issue resolved. The portion sizes are small and inconsistent. Stale chips. And I have also received raw chicken two times. Everyone is very young and will ignore you if you come inside needing help.

The food was super fresh and flavorful, props to the cooks! And they did a great job handling allergies even during lunch hour.
Dietary restrictions: We have chicken, pinto, and dairy allergies and were able to safely eat here with great accommodations and care
Kid-friendliness: My kiddo loves eating here. They have baby chairs and kid friendly food.

Ordered lunch for myself and my son, I got a double chicken bowl and he got a chicken burrito. The chicken in both of our meals were undercooked, as I stated above I got double chicken however the undercooked chicken I did receive was NO where near a double chicken portion.

Absolutely horrible. They were very skimpy with the amount of food they gave us. On top of that I asked for salsa and they absolutely slathered my burrito with it to the point where it was dripping out. I when I took a bite the salsa had an extremely overwhelming metal flavor. The spiciness was unbearable, and I'm mexican so I have a pretty high tolerance for spice. Worst Chipotle.

We placed an order for pick up. Our food portions were so small. I tried calling the store to talk to a manager and you get routed back to your order confirmation email. You can’t talk to anyone. The only way to talk to someone is to go back to the store. Pretty disappointed.
