I went through Dutch Bros tonight just to grab a hot chocolate for my daughter, and the young lady working, Hannah, truly made me cry (in the best way). After a really hard day, her kindness and genuine sweetness meant more than she knew. She completely changed my night. Dutch Bros is lucky to have her.

Placed an online order so That I could come through and pick up my drinks quickly. Well that was a waste time bc it took 35 minutes to get my order. ( 20 minutes to get there and 15 to stand there.). I get that the establishment gets busy , but seriously why are we allowed to order online then if they can't keep up. a boy showed up after us and got his order before us, so no excuses. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I DO NOT TIP BEFORE I RECEIVE MY SERVICE THAT I AM TIPPING FOR. ridiculous. Not to mention the girls had an attitude because i seemed annoyed for my long wait. Get it together or hire more people. (service date, 10/22/25, order time was 6:00pm, got my order at 6:35)

Idk what it was but i was standing there for 30 thinking that they were making my drink. then When I ask they apparently forgot my drink and it was 8:04 and I got there at 7:40.

Coffee here is consistently good. Picking up on the app is a great speedy option. Hard workers abound, Jacob is a tremendous asset who goes out of his way to assist customers. I would say the only downside is they could use better staffing in the later hours of the day as this place is frequently busy. Overall a good experience every time here.

I was having a rough day and she noticed and went out of way to cheer me up , not only with her act of kindness but also with words We need more people like her. Coffee is pretty decent. Service was much better the first few times we came to this location. But now service is extremely slow even when you order ahead. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait longer and get watered down or cooled down coffee…. Doesn’t make much sense.

Yo we pulled up with my lil cousin n I n were greeted by this youngster… she asked how our day was going and tbh I kinda was on one ALL day but she was so pleasant and when I asked what her name was she introduced herself as MACY and held her hand out for a handshake.. She offered me a drink as I’m guessing she could tell my day wasn’t going so well… She was such a beautiful soul and I appreciate her kindness… Thanks boo keep being you… 😉
