I just tried Intrinsic Nutrition and I couldn't be happier with the quality and results. The ingredients are clean, thoughtfully sourced, and deliver exactly what they promise. Their shakes and energy teas are delicious! Raymond and Jen are great people super welcoming and helpful if it’s your first time here to help you decide what you want whether it’s a tea or shake or BOTH! Definitely come on a Thursday because you get a protein donut for free (while supplies last so get there early) with a purchase of a drink!

The shakes are good when they are open. They have hours posted on door Monday-Friday 6am-4pm Sat 8am-2pm, but I have visited this location various dates/times during their business hours and they have been closed almost every single time with a sign in the door. The reasons seem to rotate each time I’ve come. It feels like they are not willing to hire help to keep the doors open during business hours or aren’t very serious about running the business. I really hope the owners realize to better service the customers you have to be open to the customer when the demand exists.

I paid $17 for a medium 16oz protein shake with herbalife products. I’m not even sure the protein content is correct either… If I knew the shake was going to be that overpriced, I would’ve bought a whole tub of protein for nearly the same amount.

Man making the drinks was very nice, however he assured me all the shakes were dairy free. Turns out they contain milk. Beware if you have food allergies.

I love their tea and shakes! My favorite shake is definitely the strawberry cheesecake. Best of all their drinks taste good and their healthy! The staff is also very personable. I got the red velvet donut and it was ok, definitely on the healthy side! ?

Great place for recovery, added energy, or meal replacement. Shakes and teas are fantastic and delicious. The variety is outstanding and hard to choose from the list of decadent flavors. Jennifer and Raymond take extreme ownership in their business. They are passionate, proud, and provide superior customer service. They also organize fitness events for their Intrinsic Nutrition community. Their shop has a great chill vibe and easy atmosphere. I hope your experience is as good as mine. I highly recommend Intrinsic Nutrition.

Decided to give this place a try since I frequent the new HEB in Cibolo. Customer service sets this place apart from many of the others. Today was my 3rd visit- - each time their customer service is consistent. Fast & Friendly. I wish them much success ??

My friend has been telling me to come to Intrinsic Nutrition for the longest. I finally came and I'm mad at myself for not coming sooner! I ordered a combo of the energy tea (watermelon jolly rancher) and meal replacement shake (mango & pineapple) and they are DELISH. The place is a VIBE and Raymond is the nicest guy!
