Went for the first time and was given the wrong sandwich at first. Seemed a little chaotic behind the counter as I saw multiple people getting the wrong orders. When I got my correct order I was not impressed. The bread was hard, it was missing peppers and just not a good experience. If I try Jersey Mike's again it will be a different location as I was told by friends their experiences were not like this.

Went in to pick up a delivery order Sunday 10/27/24 around 3 PM. Had to wait a couple of minutes for them to finish with the customer they were currently on, no big deal there at all. Told them I was there to pick up an order then proceeded to watch them make sandwiches for 3 other families before they even started on mine. The last family literally walked in the door 10 minutes after I was waiting and they still made their sandwiches before they started my customers order. I'm a pretty patient nice person unless I'm being discriminated against them I get a bit hot. I let them know that it was messed up what they did to me and I don't get paid to wait for food. Now if they were really busy I could understand that, it happens in restaurants but that wasn't the case if they are making people's orders who came in 10 minutes after I started waiting. I told them it was messed up what they did and that we get nothing to wait. The girl came over and said the ticket said some time which is probably your lead time in case your super busy, y'all weren't. So all I got was excuses and then some that worked there started saying "bye" to where everyone in the restaurant could hear him very rude and very very very unprofessional. How about y'all just do the orders in the order they come in to avoid confusion and making delivery drivers wait more than they should. This was not my food these are your customers too, they want their food in a timely manner just like your in store customers, making me wait this making them wait longer for no reason at all is totally unacceptable. I will be emailing and calling corporate as well.

Went into with my kids to grab some dinner. NOBODY else was in there, stood at the counter and was looked at by 5 employees (all who said nothing). Wasn't greeted by anyone, probably because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Waited a few minutes & left without anyone saying a word. GREAT JOB! Customer service training is needed. Probably won't return. The Seguin & New Braunfels locations don't have this problem.

Small space. Takes longer to get order than larger, more established locations. They put to much juice that causes bread to get soggy

All I can speak for are the 2 subs that I get the Italian and the Philly cheesesteak. The secret to me with the Philly cheesesteak is get provolone. Cheese. Don't get the American, the staff is friendly. And the food is good. Some people may like Subway, but it's Jersey. Mike's more expensive. Yes, but it's much better quality. And the giant subs are 14 inches, so do the math. In the old saying applies the Jersey. Mike's you get what you paid for and at least with them? I may pay more with their quality and their portions of meat are just so much better. As always I only review the subs that I eat and those are the two that I Have I do wish they had a meatball sub?They used to but for some reason they stop doing it and I wish they would seriously consider bringing it back. So I will make this suggestion to you. Get a Subway sandwich and then get a sub from Jersey Mike's and compare the 2. I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusion. As always I hope this helps

They care more about online orders than people in the store there in person to eat. Slow slow slow. Unreal slow. 0 stars if I could
The food is always good here, but the service leaves some things to be desired. Management is failing the staff, leading to failing the customers. They're always short-handed and slightly stressed out at this store. I don't blame the employees at all. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get an online order when they aren't that busy. Unless you see an employee dealing with managerial issues and having to call the GM because there's no manager in store. Do better.

Really quick and fresh food service. Customer service was very kind and helpful with my selection. I got an Italian Jersey Mike's style and it was OFF THE HOOK! ?? Gotta go here! ?

This place has great staff! But every time I come in it seems like the workers are stressed and the manager is almost never there, the ginger haired girl is always super nice and helpful whenever I go in. I always get the Original Italian and it’s great, I think the workers need more recognition for the hard-work they put in to keep the place running.

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes but this location definitely needs work. My first time here I ordered a club sub for my son, they forgot to add the bacon, I reminded them before they wrapped up the sandwich but they wanted to charge me extra. I had to show the worker that bacon is on their club! Today there were multiple items left off the 3 sandwiches I purchased, yet they were drenched in vinegar the bun was so soggy no one ate them.. $35 wasted. I hope that this location can bring in a manager or some staff that pays attention to detail. Paying over $30 for 3 sandwiches is a lot, especially when they are not edible.
