If you didn't eat at Jersey Mike's today you missed out on their 100% profits going to charity. This is one of the best sub joints I've eaten at. That's why I keep coming back. I am a loyal customer and will stay one.

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s and I can assure you it won’t be the last.I was very surprised by how flavorful the sub was. I got the Turkey sub with everything on it and added bacon. The total came out to $20 since each sub was 10. Although the food is a bit pricey it’s definitely worth it.

The workers were polite. However, I'm not surprised their rating is equivalent to subways. $10 for a mediocre sub sandwich with processed deli meat and bag salad, frozen tomatoes, etc.. Save yourself the time and money and go to the local "non corporation" business such as Catalano's on main St. Half the price and much better quality.

This was our first time eating at Jersey Mike's Subs. We ordered the chicken and beef Big Kahuna Philly Cheese Steaks regular size. The cheese steaks were just the right size for us and tasted very flavorful. I loved the jalapeño on mine. The staff was very efficient and moved people along fast. Philly Cheese Steaks take a little longer than subs but are worth the wait.

Where can I start? ? We order 2 sandwiches, a regular and a giant size with 2 bags of chips. The total was $34, and some change. Any other time, I wouldn't mind paying if the sandwiches were worth the price. But, these sandwiches were not worth the price. We waited almost 20 minutes to get our food on a very chaotic ordering system. There is one person cooking online orders as well as in store orders. They should have at least 2 people on the grill helping each other to be more efficient. Service also needs to be improved. They never even asked us what kind of bread we wanted. Then they gave us the wrong order, luckily one of the workers caught it and changed it for the right one. People who ordered online were coming in to get there for food and were jumped in front (which I understood) but left other people wondering, what's going on? They need to fix the ordering process. It needs to be structured better, have more cooks on the grill, and lower the prices or improve on the quality and service.Parking: There was parking available, but the layout is kind of funky, which makes it awkward to navigate.

They don't take Cash larger than $20 bills regardless of how much your order is. Maybe it's because the "cashiers" can't count higher than 20 or its just another way to keep feeding into the 4% service fee for using your debits cards to help corporations continue their wealth.Just 1 more disgusting corporate mud hole that has tainted the small town of Cibolo with the garbage chain stores. I blame the city council for their personal greed and lobbying to destroy small private owned businesses.

This was my first time at jersey Mike's. I felt my turkey sandwich was really good. Atmosphere was nice but the wait time was kind of long. I think it is cause everyone is excited since this location just opened. I will definitely be coming back. I want to try new subs.

Updated to remove photos of private info. See previous review for text. Bad service. Owner never made things right. Only poor excuses for poorly trained staff. Waste of money.

I ordered online. I arrived a little before my pickup time. My order wasn’t ready. I waited for 25 minutes. I could have walked in and ordered and it would have been quicker. They need a better system. Pre orders should be ready when you get there. That’s the point of online ordering, not having to wait.

I get it's a new place. However, the attitudes stink here. Told them to put mayo, no mayo. Husband got a Buffalo chicken, he asked for a giant, but got a Reg. Our first time ever at jersey Mike's and our last. Horrible experience. We should have saved our hard earned money and stayed at home.

I have never had a bad experience at Jersey Mike's until today. I have been to every Jersey Mike's in the San Antonio area, so I was excited that one open down the street from my house. Yesterday I walked in a was greeted but ignored for about 5 minutes while I watch to employees going back a forth about staying later. I was confused because there were about 8 employees in my vision why is one taking my order? Everyone just look at me and then did something else. Finally the guy who was going back and forth with the other employee comes from the back and takes my order. I order a Philly to go and then pay. Keep in mind I've been to JM a lot so I know how long it should take. Listen, I have never waited 30 minutes at a JM before for a Philly (That's crazy btw). I get my sub and go home. I unwrapped it to eat with my family and my 3 yr Old says to me " you got a hotdog Daddy?" To cap off the disappointment my sandwich look like a hotdog. The sandwich wasn't fill properly and felt like the gave me scraps of the other people's sandwich because a couple of people were waiting for hot sandwiches. I wish I could upload the Pic of the sandwich so you could see it. Finally get a JM of this side of town and it's the worst experience I have ever had there. Tragic! Taste was kind there but the sub was mostly bread and felt cheated with the portions. It was a definite waste of time and money. My recommendation drive to Dezavala or Bandera or skip it altogether.
