No pizzas ready, all employees hanging out in the back. Everyone had to wait for pizzas to be made unless they got mad and left. We go here every Saturday evening. Looked like all new crew from regulars. This is unacceptable. Customer Service was just like pizzas...NONE! Need to be investigated because employees are supposed to WORK, not hang out in the back area. They definitely gave Lil Caesars a bad representation AND reputation. This happened July 21, 2018. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called in my Halloween pizza order on Saturday to be picked up today at 6pm. My husband went to get the food and they “lost” our order. The guy talking to my husband was laughing and asked why we ordered it that far in advance. My husband explained that it was to avoid a line.
