What a fabulous surprise! Popped into town for the night and looked for a special dinner spot and we hit the jackpot. A beautiful, outdoor, romantic evening with some nice music and fantastic culinary food. Isabella was an awesome server with a great smile. Inside decor was chic and sophisticated. Reasonably priced too. I’m coming back!!

Mako's hosted a surprise party for my wife. The food was exceptional and the staff were very responsive. All of my 30+ guests had plenty to eat and drink. I included an open bar and the hostess kept me informed of the amount that had had been expended. We did not hit our drink limit. Thankful many 8n my family had given up alcohol for Lent. :-) All in all, the event was a huge success and I couldn't have achieved it without the excellent service at Mako's on the Creek!

Great dinner with my husband. Our waitress was great. We had the octopus for appetizer along with the cone of fries. My husband had the ribeye and I had the pork shoulder and both were good. Have no complaints.

Our server Paul was attentive & helpful. This was a great first visit and we plan to come back. The Bavette steak was a newer menu option and the citrus sauce was different in the BEST way possible. My husband got the salmon which had a nicely crisped skin.

Amazing customer service! Our bartender/server, Paul, was amazing! Ribeye was juicy and delicious. You HAVE to try the Brussels with bacon! Great atmosphere, and drinks have a nice kick to them!
Excellent service and atmosphere, but the food was definitely the star of the show. Michelin-quality preparation with unique spicing. The meats were cooked to perfection and the flavors of sauces and sides were clean and fresh. One of the best restaurants we've enjoyed in San Antonio. And moderately priced as well!!
