The shift manager on duty was such a polite and courteous individual. His demeanor and professionalismregards to an idiotic/wrongfully placed order a huge reflection on the company and their loyalty to those that they serve.

I ordered a couple of pizzas for a contactless delivery. After the allotted time of about 1hr the pizzas never came even though they had tagged them as delivered. Upon calling they admitted they went to the wrong location and didn't have time to delivery my pizzas. They offered to remake them but it would take about 30 more minutes. I was very frustrated with staffs lack of communication or care. I understand mistakes happen but at that point I expect the business to step up and make it right. I shouldn't have to canvas the area looking at my neighbors house for missing pizzas. At bare minimum I expect the restaurant to notify the customer of the issue prior to sending out notification about the delivery being completed. Honestly I think the employees tagged this as completed to make sure their metrics were on target. I'll get my refund in a couple days, just doubt I'll ever order from this establishment again.

Ordered 2 pizzas, a Large Thin crust with Pepperoni and Italian Sausage, the 2nd a Large White Sauce with Ham and Chicken. Frankly, both were tasteless cardboard, neither the sauce, pepperoni, or Italian sausage had much if any flavor on my pizza. The 2nd Pizza for my wife was only slightly better. Will be the last time I order from Marco's
