It’s a normal Mod pizza. The employees are really nice at this location and I’ve never had an issue with my order. However, there have been these SUPER aggressive solicitors outside of the building lately. The first couple of dudes were nice, but the newer group is EXTREMELY pushy and argumentative. I have no clue how to handle them and I’ve found myself avoiding this strip mall lately after one ARGUED with me when I stated I had donated the day before (which I had). I shouldn’t be arguing or pressured to spend even more money EVERY TIME I come here. Like I said, the first few during the summer were courteous, but they’ve gotten more confrontational lately.

Such a friendly location with great staff! I ordered delivery and got my pizza but part of the order was wrong. I called an spoke with Kyle. He was apologetic and offered solutions to make it right. I am close to the store and volunteered to run up and get the right one. Kyle offered to remake the order since it might not be hot. I declined as it hadn't been long. When I came up, he had indeed made me a new hot pizza. Mistakes happen and its about how we handle them I will certainly be patronizing this location again

We love MOD pizza! We enjoy the GF crust options and our son, who is allergic to cow dairy and gluten, enjoys them and the dairy free cheese option as well! We also enjoy all the fresh ingredients and friendly service! I gave 4 starts for atmosphere because the music was a bit loud. There were 4 parties in the restauWrant and we had to talk over the music, which was a bit much. We also enjoy the patio dining area on days the weather permits! We look forward to our next visit @ MOD Cibolo!

This is my 1st time at this location. The manager has excellent customer service. He was very attentive the minute I walked in, offered me a drink while I waited for my online order, and handed me my pizza as soon as it was ready. The place was very clean and I really like the little tall round tables you can stand/lean on while you wait. Never seen those before. I'll definitely come back to this Mods.
Online orders are always hot and ready on arrival, staff is awesome and friendly and it's always clean when I go! Love that we have MOD Pizza in Cibolo now!

I went to this Mod Pizza last night and food was great but the service was not it. The person making our pizza’s did not have a positive attitude or good customer service just really seemed annoyed and wanted to be done with our orders and rushed everything and had such an attitude problem and made our experience not enjoyable and awkward.
