I went to this Mod Pizza last night and food was great but the service was not it. The person making our pizza’s did not have a positive attitude or good customer service just really seemed annoyed and wanted to be done with our orders and rushed everything and had such an attitude problem and made our experience not enjoyable and awkward.

Food was ok but very awkward interacting with some of the workers. The person that helped us would only communicate in grunts and didn’t seem to want to engage with us at all. They looked visibly upset at times because they couldn’t understand our simple order. I will say one of the other people working behind the counter was friendly and seemed pleasant but the person we worked with was not at all. Overall, I will probably not be returning to this location. Definitely 0 stars for service

Fresh and delicious. This location is great so much better than the MOD at the Forum which I spent more time swatting the Nats while trying to eat than I should have. Schertz location is very clean and bug free.

First off service was great, but by far some of the worst Mod pizza i’ve ever had. I wonder did they really even try to cook the pizza. It tasted like something I could have made at home.
Says superfast on hat…. I think super slow might be more accurate. Also be sure to yell the order super loud because you have to overpower the loud music. Also if you ask for Greek dressing for the yummy crust they’ll tell you no because it’s for salad not pizza. I said I’d pay for it. He said they don’t do that ?

Definitely disappointed. Been there twice since they opened and both times our pizzas have been undercooked compared to the all other locations I have been to. Maybe it’s a training thing and it will get better. The best part about Mod Pizza is the thin crispy crust and this location is not cooking pizzas long enough. Will go to the location in live oak before I go here again.
