I love On The Grind coffee and have always had a great experience there but today was just a weird one. My husband and I drove up to grab a hot coffee around 9:30 pm and the lady at the register was trying to I’m guessing “flirt” with my husband. I’m guess for a big tip? I’m not sure what was going on to be honest but she was definitely trying to get his attention. We placed our order and she proceeded to sit her butt on the tiny window and start giggling and wiggling her butt acting very weird. We kept looking at each other like we had no idea what was going on. We’ve never experienced this at any On The Grind locations so it was definitely It very awkward and made us feel very uncomfortable to be honest. She was very unprofessional and her behavior was in very poor taste. As it is she was wearing some very short shorts which is fine but the sitting on the window part was totally inappropriate. I don’t think that’s something that should be going on at a coffee drive thru and if it’s something new that the company is implementing well, we won’t be back to any of their locations. She received 0 tip for her gross behavior.

My go-to place for coffee and energy drinks. The customer service is awesome, and everyone working there is extremely pleasant and fun. The prices are better than sbux and the coffee tastes better as well. My only complaints are the drinks don't appear to be made the same way consistently, and the menu both online and at the window doesn't even scratch the surface of their drink options. As far as consistency with drinks, the same drink tastes different almost every time I order one here. They're never bad, but I also never know what it's going to taste like. The OTG off Roy Richard Dr is the same tasting drink every time, but it's out of the way for me. I recommend the iced salted caramel grinder with caramel drizzle, or the Riser (energy drink) with pineapple and blue raspberry.

Great coffee all the time, staff is very friendly.
I've gone to this location a few times in hopes it would get a little better but today was the last time I will visit. The coffee was cold and had a metallic taste to it. The service is not up to par and I am always asked for a tip, which I understand it's the food and service industry but the coffee is over priced and tastes like trash and service is mediocre. I really wanted to like this place.
