So orange leafs second attempt in the Schertz/Cibolo area. Walked in an employees did not greet. First thing you will notice is the extreme smell. Like dirty mop water that's months old. It was bad, but my daughter really wanted the toasted marshmallow flavor. At check out, employees still did not greet just told me the total and then the screen has the audacity to ask for a tip. Crazy.

I go here pretty often and normally rate them well, but this last time I went, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had one of my children with me. Once I put his yogurt in the cup, he went to touch the dripping. The employee instantly said, "Don't touch that. I was in the process of explaining to him he couldn't touch this. We went to the topping area and began to top our bowls. As I was actively telling my 3 yr old not to touch anything, the employee is making and ack sound. She stood there watching our every move, making sounds to my child. He didn't actually touch anything, and I was correcting him as he would reach for items. If this is how this store is going to start operating, we will not be back. I had to keep my mouth shut to keep from inappropriately speaking to this employee.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Employees need to learn how to speak to children and/or their parents

Susana and her team know what customer service means!!! She was great to our family tonight after a long day. So glad they are in the neighborhood. Our RV family will be back soon and often ;) thank you for the quality sweets and time

We were so happy when they opened this location. We love Orange Leaf and this location doesn't disappoint. From the fro yo to the vast variety of toppings, to the superb customer service, OL does it right and we've become hopeless addicts. They have military discount too. It's all good here.

Amazing pineapple flavor as usual and great service

My brothers and I went to get froyo for the youngest bros' birthday, but the door was locked, the lights were off, and we couldn't see anyone inside. No sign. This was about 1:15pm on a Tuesday, Google says it was open and so did the timetable on the door. Don't know what that's about.

It's a simple fro-yo shop. Like any other frozen yogurt place. You have a big selection of frozen yogurts with a lot of topping. There's chairs and tables for chilling but there could be more.. maybe. I had an okay experience here.

Expensive but tasty. We have a kid with a milk allergy and this is where we can go for a nice ice cream like treat.

Really yummy flavors and topping options. My kiddo loves it!

Ummmm. Love frozen yogurt! This is the best place to get it!
