Food is always good and fresh, tables/floors are always clean, staff is always friendly. But please get the 'online pick-up' organized. There should be staff attending walk ins on one register and same for the pick-up line. Out of all the times we've gone in on our lunch hr, I'd say we walked in and out within 2min about 3 times...

Food is what it is. Good for fast food. However, do not go through drive thru. I have gone thru drive thru several times and it seems you get shortchanged on the food. Such as if you get a beef and broccoli, you get all broccoli and a few pieces of meat, or you get containers not full to the top with food. However, when you go in and are standing in front of them it's a totally different story, you get your money's worth.

Ordered a bigger plate on 7/11/25 around 1130 and ordered some spring rolls. Was told teriyaki chicken wasn’t ready and would be a 5 minute wait. The drive thru politely asked me to pull straight ahead the food would be brought to me. When I got home there were no spring rolls and even after waiting for the teriyaki chicken it was cold not even warm.

I normally really enjoy Panda Express and have never had an issue before, especially when ordering through the drive-thru. However, tonight was disappointing. I ordered a bowl with chow mein and chicken, but when I got home and opened it, the entire bowl was almost completely filled with chow mein and just a tiny scoop of chicken on top.
Typically, the portion is more balanced—about half chow mein and half chicken—which is perfect for me and a good value for what I’m paying. This time, the amount of chow mein was overwhelming, to the point where I’ll have to throw most of it away because I physically can’t eat that much of just noodles. It’s upsetting because it feels like I paid for a full meal and only got a giant portion of sides with barely any protein.
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention so portion consistency can be improved in the future. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at Panda Express due to the behavior of an employee named Asha. She was our server during our visit, and her attitude came off as overly blunt and unprofessional. What stood out most was when my family member held out my card for payment, and instead of asking or acknowledging it, Asha just grabbed it abruptly. It felt rude and impersonal, and the overall interaction left a negative impression. I expect better customer service and more respectful communication when dining out with my family.
Had a line and went pretty slow. An hour wait for steamed rice? That was odd but they didn't tell me until I reached the pickup window.

Told to pull around the corner because they were waiting on a side that I order. 15 minutes later I got my order, got home and it was wrong. Waisted my time and money just to get my order wrong. Pathetic really. Do better or close this location down.
