Came back again and had Roland . Loved the pizza and beer selection. Will be back.

Good pizza and wings but they can’t ever seem to get our online pizza orders correct. They make good on correcting it but it just gets annoying when it always occurs.

We recently dined at Perry’s and, while our experience started off rocky due to our waitress forgetting to put in our order before she clocked out, it was quickly turned around by the outstanding customer service of Anna, the manager, and Taylor. They identified the mistake and ensured our dining experience was transformed from disappointing to exceptional.

Their prompt and attentive service was incredible, truly going above and beyond to rectify the situation. Additionally, the food was absolutely amazing—each dish was prepared to perfection and exceeded our expectations.

We definitely recommend Perry’s for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience, and we will certainly be going back.

My 8yr old loved the wings and mozzarella sticks (they were HUGE) and he is the pickiest eater!

Our server (Carter) went above and beyond! He was very attentive even though it was very busy which couldn't have been easy. The manager Anna also came over to introduce herself and was very nice.

I AM LIVID! Order placed on the app at 545 pm. Promised to be ready at 605. Left the restaurant with my, WARM AT BEST, food at 713. RIDICULOUS! I watched other orders come and go during my more than an HOUR WAIT. I watched staff stand around in the kitchen, doing nothing except eating in the kitchen. I watched management standing around, talking to staff, doing nothing about my food not being ready anywhere near the promised time. I was apologized to twice and offered coupons, like I'm ever going back to that restaurant. I was never offered a discount. Never offered a refund. Never offered a reason as to why it took so long and why other orders came and went before mine. I watched people waiting for a table while at least two tables sat empty. I will never go to this restaurant again and it's a shame, because the food is good. BTW, this is our 4th time eating here. Every time we've had an issue with the staff and getting our order right or in a timely manner. SMH.

My family and I have order twice now from Parry’s. The first time they took about 15 minutes longer than the estimated 20 minutes given to us when we ordered. The second time it again estimated for 20 minutes and took 55 minutes for our order to be ready. I asked 3 different times can you give me an updated estimate on how long it would be and was told no. Both times the food we received was cold and clearly had been sitting for a while. The food tastes good, but not worth the bad service, long wait and the higher than average cost to get cold food.

Worst experience ever in any restaurant. We was a table of seven, five of us ordered, because the other two was right behind, when they arrived they ordered too, they received Thier meal first, one of the original group received theirs shortly after, by the time they had finished eating 4 of the original group had still not received their food, so three ordered it to go and one cancelled her order that the waitress said she never ordered although she went on to to read back the order. Then when the check came the cancelled order was on it.
Disgusted and a sad birthday for the party we was there for and yet you had the audacity too sing happy birthday to him when four out of seven didn't even receive Thier food
