firstly I love sipit I have been a frequent flyer to many of the locations in the city culebra rd location was my go to and recently moved to the cibolo area and as much as I do love the tasty drinks the service at this location by far is the most uneasy to me. I am not to sure if they are trained differently but every time I come to this location I feel like I am forced into buying way more than I came for also went ahead and bought myself another cup which I already have the red one and a green one that I purchased during the holiday season but this past weekend I was tired of being asked 7 times at the window if I was sure about not wanting a cup. so I finally just said yes even though I didn't want it and it just makes me not want to come to this location anymore the customer service is too aggressive for me. I love the drinks but services is overwhelming and constantly spending more than I planned on.
Every time we go here they are so quick polite make excellent recommendations.
