I went in tonight after having a really rough day.And the gentleman taking my order,come to find out was the manager Joseph. He was phenomenal, polite and respectful. Edger my carhop was so sweet polite with a well mannered. Kudos to this sonic team, my experience was a extremely positive!

Where to start with this, hands down the worst experience at any sonic I’ve ever experienced on 9/5/25 at around 8:45pm. Took 30 minutes so I pushed the button again she said “she’s going with your order right now” another 15 minutes and I got down to knock on the door just for her to say “oh I think we forgot your order” so that’s 45 minutes and they didn’t even apologize like customers time is not valuable. After 55 minutes they brought out my order which was a small sonic blast, small slushy and large Dr Pepper, that’s it! I asked her if they had an explanation the nicest way possible after I was there for almost an hour. She just told me” I’m the only one bringing out orders THATS WHY I TOOK LONG”!with an attitude like everything that was happening was my fault and she walked away. Sonic you’ll need to do better!!! Disappointing.

I don’t know what made me order ice cream from #sonic to be delivered by #ubereats and expect it to still be frozen when I received it. How are we suppose to eat de-frosted, melted, warm ice cream?
So husband and I came to get ice cream. Ordered through mobile app at 7:22pm. Been waiting in stall 14 for 35 minutes waiting for ICE CREAM!!!! Finally at 8:10pm we cancelled the order with Kyra and left.

I ordered 2 two master shakes and one sonic blast and the two master shakes did not have anything that I paid for extra, they forgot the strawberry and it barely had anything Oreo pieces, I also asked for caramel which it did not have, it pretty much was some vanilla icecream with whipped cream and a cherry on top. I even tipped them. SMH
Was 930pm on sunday when close at 12 to be fair on slowness,took about 40 ninutes, Coney,large pickle fry,1 of each new slushi,1 of each chicen wrap from 2.00 menu,and garlic bacon burger w tots and drink. Did forget large drink,but answered fast when called and had out in 2 min. Food was good and slushis

Our experience here was a pleasant one. Normally when the place is about to close you notice the lack of effort in the employees. However, the girl who took our order was friendly and the gentleman that delivered it was even more friendly. He gave us some details on the promotions they had going on. I will have to admit the food was subpar but I feel like every sonics food quality has been lower in the recent years. Id come back for a drink and some ice cream.

Gotta love when you order a real fruit slush that should have cherries and limes in it and you request extra cherries and get charged for the extra but once you receive the slush there is 0 fruit. Slush wasn’t even slushy it was more liquid with little slush to seem like a slush.
