I hate to give a bad review but after trying this restaurant three separate times the same thing kept happening. Service is terrible. I know they mean well but wait times for food are horrendous. Wait times to even have someone walk over to the table or greet you are horrendous. Price of food is very high for what it is.

Terrible food for the price. Ment to look nice and upscale but its trash. I ordered the chicken and waffle for $17. I was given a raw and soggy waffle with two chicken strips on top. They weren't even real chicken! Just some frozen kids chicken tenders thrown on top! I also ordered a chimie churie sandwich. Its basically a burger pattie and it was cold and way overcooked.

Picked up Doordash order and they didn't handle the order with care for all over the bag my pants and my car had to go back in the lady at the counter is rude overall bad establishment I would never order from here just from the customer service alone

Soufflé is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is cozy yet inviting. The Mia Waffle Latte is heavenly!! It smells as good as it tastes. Try one of the daily specials or ask your waitress for recommendations. They’re great at guiding for recommendations!

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a Belgian waffle, hoping for a delicious treat, but what I received was quite disappointing. The waffle lacked any discernible flavor and had a cold center, making it obvious that it had been reheated rather than made fresh. This was a clear letdown, especially considering the high expectations set by the café's reputation. The quality of the food did not match the ambiance or the prices, leaving me dissatisfied with my visit.
On a slight positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant first impression. But that's about it. There was a noticeable lack of service throughout my visit. The staff rarely visited the tables, making it difficult to address any concerns or requests in a timely manner. This lack of attentiveness detracts from the overall dining experience and is an area that certainly needs improvement.

Came for Friday breakfast. They only had one other lady customer and she was an absolute picky, argumentative nighhtmare. They met her every whim of a tailored order! The atmosphere, service, food and coffee has been exceptional the couple times we have been here. Give it a try!

Excellent French toast with a nice little crunch around the edges. My wife's egg Benedict was cooked perfectly and the crispy potatoes were superb.

My first visit (8/19/24) to Soufflé Cafe & Bistro, a tiny but charming restaurant, was a delightful experience. Despite its small size, the café left a big impression with its scrumptious French toast (1st photo). The dish was perfectly cooked, generously dusted with powdered sugar, and topped with fresh strawberries and a unique vanilla citrus sauce. The fresh fruit medley (2nd pic) on the side was a lovely touch, adding a refreshing balance to the meal.
The only downside was that the waitress didn’t catch my request to have the sauce on the side, but this minor issue didn’t take away from the overall experience. The food was delicious, and the cozy atmosphere made for a pleasant visit. I’m looking forward to returning and trying more of their offerings.

My initial encounter left a positive impression, thanks to their delicious French toast and decent customer service, made it a place I looked forward to returning to. Unfortunately, my latest visit was a stark contrast and has left me skeptical about whether I’ll return.
On my second visit (8/22/24), I opted for the chicken and waffles (3rd photo), a classic dish that I had high hopes for. However, everything from the presentation to the taste and texture was disappointing. The three "chicken tenders" were anything but tender—they were more like rocks than the succulent pieces I expected. The waffle was equally disappointing, with a texture and flavor that could only be compared to clay. It was dry, bland, and entirely unappetizing.
To make matters worse, the customer service was severely lacking this time around. My waitress didn’t check on me even once throughout the meal. This inattentiveness, combined with the poor quality of the food, made for a very unsatisfactory dining experience.
Given my first visit, I had high expectations, but this recent experience has made me hesitant to give Soufflé Cafe & Bistro another chance. I hope this was just an off day for them, but for now, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.
