I love this place. It’s my favorite after church brunch location. The creme brulee latte, belgium waffle, and french toast are my favorites. Don’t snooze on the chimi sandwich, it’s also tasty. My latest visit on Easter I got their blueberry pancake special. It was almost too pretty to eat.

The food here is great! The presentation is on point. I would have given 5 starts but the turkey taste cheap and heavily processed. I hope that changes, because we'll definitely be coming back.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly

The food is great. Will be back again for lunch. Little hidden gem in Cibolo. Place is small but there wasn't a crowd on Saturday morning.

Very delicious food. I got the soufflé burger with caramel iced coffee. My kiddo got the cheese pizza. We loved it! We are from Colorado so we won’t be back for quite a while, but we will visit every time we come back to San Antonio! Wonderful!

I’ve driven by this place so many times and finally pulled the trigger and decided to try it. It was a great choice. The restaurant itself is quaint and tucked away in a little strip mall off 1103 so it’s easy to miss. The menu is very diverse and had everything from really healthy items to really decadent items so I think most people can find something that suits them. I had the French toast and the wife had the lemon pepper salad and we both really enjoyed them. The food took a little bit to come out but you can tell it was made to order and everything was fresh. They nailed the textures and flavors. The French toast was soft but also had a nice crisp, my wife wasn’t a fan of the orange glaze but I liked it. The salmon was really lemony which the wife and I love. Based off these two dishes we’ll definitely be coming back.

I’m not sure if I just came on a bad day. The eggs are milked, or at least tasted like they were. The potatoes are the only reason the rating is 2 stars. The bacon was nothing to brag about, and even the coffee was a bust. Also, if you order the All American as sides rather than the plate you’ll save $3.

Food was ??! We had the French toast with homefries and bacon. The cook made sure the bacon was crispy just like I like it!!! The home fries were crispy with sprinkles of green onions. OMG. But it was the French toast that did it for me. We thought, "Why didn't they bring any syrup?" We soon found out with the fruit, special vanilla cream sauce, and other toppings none was needed. I can't imagine getting the French toast a la mode. I would have asked for a couch. Oh I forgot about the Latte cream brulee. Yeah that was a perfect ending. It has this special caramel sugar on top of the foam! WOW! I don't need to eat for the rest of the day. Thank you for answering my breakfast craving!!!?

Souffle Cafe & Bistro is a quaint, well decorated place. My first visit was with two other couples. They all enjoyed their food very much. However, the time between ordering and receiving food was long, and there was a delay in getting water and tea refilled. We waited to receive our checks, but then discovered we had to pay at the counter. They weren't busy, so I'm hoping they just had a temporary staffing issue. I'll follow up after I return. I hear their coffee is good, so I'll give that a try too.

Heard so many great things about this place. It didn't live up to my expectations. I ordered the grilled chicken breast. It came with white rice and a side of asparagus. The asparagus was delicious. The chicken breast was pretty dry.

This place!!! I love it. A simple menu, delicious perfect sized portioned plates. . . The creme brûlée coffee is top notch. I’m not a fan of sugary coffees, but this was delightful! Will definitely be coming again!
