Been to this subway in Cibolo a few times and was not impressed with older man making sub. I never had a conversation with him but sensed he did not like me after I changed my order, the reason for changing is he was taking too long going back and forth (to kitchen in back) so I changed to my usual turkey. A couple days later went in and the same guy was making subs so I waited in line and when my turn came I order the usual turkey and then to toast. Two people were behind me, and the older man then by-passed me to help the man next in line without saying a word to me. The younger man then helped the next person even though my sub sat on counter getting cold. There were three subway workers working and none of them attempted to help finish my sub, so I left. I will never go back to this Subway Resturant. Subway needs to train their workers to have better customer service.

We first went to subway 3009 in Schertz. The woman behind the counter was rude and said she couldn’t change the bread on chicken salad. I told her all other subways do. We left without ordering. The one that I’m posting about is the subway in Cibolo. Just a few minutes more. They were professional and courteous and I got my sandwich perfect. My husband also said they were very nice and friendly. They were all young. Schertz subway was an older woman

? The health department really needs to check this place out!! After my husband walked out and refused to eat here because of its unsanitary conditions, the lady behind the counter had the nerve to say “well he probably shouldn’t eat at Subway“. Then she proceeded to talk about how the other subway has rats and at least this one doesn’t. Unbelievable! We will not be returning to this location.

When you just don't have enough energy after work to stand in the kitchen and stir up something to eat picking up a Sub is not a bad way to go. I like my local because the staff are really friendly the place is clean and at the end of it all....I didn't have to cook dinner that evening.

Specifically thank Vera & Jess, especially Vera for being busy but keeping going all while asking me what I wanted and giving me options for my sandwich. It was a big order and I understand nowadays the customer service of just a Hi, or a smile and a just finishing up, I got you which is what Vera did. Jess helped me while the sandwich was cooked and rang me up so that I would have a fresh hot sandwich. I saw a sandwich maker who could juggle multiple orders while providing the best customer service. I appreciate both of you and I could not ask for better young people who are employed in Cibolo. Thank and stay safe and healthy.

I can not believe that they could not take online orders, no credit cards, debit cards, or any type of app payments. Cash only which limited us from buying extra things. She said she had no online services. Yet the cash register worked and her attitude was not the nicest. Yet, we went next door to order pizza and ordered online, paid with a debit card, and no issues. I will be so glad when Cibolo, Texas has other fast food places to go.

Don't use Uber eats they hacked my credit card they are crooks they don't even have a phone number
Extremely rude teller Schooling me, a 60-year-old man, about talking while eating chips. I wonder if anybody ever told this rude girl that it's Inappropriate to school your customers in any service industry.

Food is delicious. Service associates were courteous and welcoming.
Corporate: paper bags that are used for large orders DO NOT hold the weight of 2 footlongs and 1 six inch sandwich let alone 3 bottled sodas; my suggestion for solution, go back to plastic or use recycled plastic bags.
