If I can give 0 stars I would. I went in to order my elderly parents sandwiches since I was visiting them. I ordered exactly how my parents requested their sandwiches. The lady with facial piercings and name tag that says "SCAR" (probably a fake name tag because she's so unhappy with her life she has to treat people like crap so don't want her real name out there) on her hat treated me awful when I ordered how my parents told me. I lived overseas for years and have not stepped in a subway until today. I had no idea what certain things were. "SCAR" gave attitude and rolled her eyes at me when I told her I had not been in a subway in years. She proceeded to talk back rudely and was just making a mess of the sandwiches. Customer service was terrible by this "manager" on duty. The guy at the register seems nice and asked me about my living overseas. But I never got a receipt so I bet they overcharged me for 2 sandwiches, 1 was a combo.

On 4/17/23, I had issues with an order that was delivered with the items and drinks for several in one bag while other items were missing. Called in advance to let the store know that we were on our way to retrieve the rest of our order and was met with ignorance and disrespect. Things only escalated from there. When we arrive I carry the bag which is no longer in tact to the counter to show the employees how it was packed. The assistant manager was present and failed to accept any responsibility and instead blamed other customers and the delivery driver. We had an heated exchange full of insults for quite some time which resulted in her doing her best imitation at what she likely perceives to be someone of color she says, \\\"I need to hurry and finish this so that I can get up outta her and get to my second job cause I'm bout my money.\\\" This will always be what I associate with Subway from now on.

Customer service was horrible. There were three people working the counter and the only one who was nice was the male cashier. The other two people prepping the sandwiches were rude. They did not smile, were impatient and unprofessional . One rudely pointed out that the chips I placed with the other bags did not belong there and to give it to her so she can put it where it belongs. She pointed this out loudly in front of other customers....very unprofessional. She just ended up tossing it on the counter behind her. The cashier was really nice and pleasant. I suggest more training be provide to improve customer service.

Waited in line for a good amount of time to order soup just to be told that they don't have soup after 4 PM. The restaurant doesn't close till 10 so that is six hours with no soup. Very upsetting and makes no sense.

Google suggested that I do a review. It seems like the is the place to meet others like me today. Same issue as everyone else.. the hateful female assistant manager that goes out of her way to close the restaurant at 10pm even if it means making dining inside or ordering certain items available. If you complain, then she spews hate.

The assistant manager, who is white, quite young, with dark makeup and facial piercings, was present and failed to accept any responsibility and instead blamed other customers and the delivery driver. We had a heated exchange full of insults for quite some time, resulting in her doing her best to imitate what she likely perceives as being ghetto and black. She said, "I need to hurry and finish this so dat I can get up outta hur and get to my second job cuz I'm bout my money."That day, I understood what racism through cultural appropriation looks like. This will always be what I associate with Subway from now on. - Racism.

We've given this store several chances. Don't know why we keep going back. Ordered through the app today, 2 sandwiches as they come on the menu with no alterations made. Mine got put on the wrong bread with a minuscule amount of steak, my wife's sandwich was missing cheese. I don't expect the sandwiches to look like they do in pictures in their advertisements, but the food we got today was pretty pathetic. Didn't give minimum rating because the sandwiches were at least done on time.

Went in at 7:45pm and all the chairs were on tables, and wanted to dine in-but some girl comes out from around the corner and tells us to leave because the lobby is closed and confirmed that yes they’re open until 10pm but not the lobby.

Girl handled EVERYTHING in sight an used the same gloves , when my turn came up I politely asked for her to change her 5cent gloves and I was met with MAJOR attitude .... won't be returning...

Never been here before. Stopped in because it was a convenient location one day. It was great.....clean, well-stocked, quick. Most of the kids working were friendly. One girl was less than friendly, but not rude. Would recommend if you are in the area.
