Great food - great prices - great service!
The food was good service was great; but the price for the portion sizes were disappointing. My Texas breakfast 2 eggs a couple of spoons 🥄
of potatoes, and one piece of toast cut in half to look like two pieces and a cup of coffee to drink. My wife had the same our bill was $36.00. Oh and my wife had 🥓 bacon I do not eat pork so I declined the bacon. 🤔?
As a local realtor I’m always on the lookout for cute lunch spots to bring newcomers! The rooted fork always has something good. I’ve been digging their Friday Specials lately. Here you can see me chowing down on their smash burger YUM! 😋 🍔
I walked in, and the front desk person wasn't friendly. It was my first time there, so I asked if I could just seat myself. She said yes and handed me a menu—without even making eye contact. I went ahead and found a seat, but I ended up sitting there for ten minutes without anyone greeting me, offering a beverage, or even acknowledging me, let alone taking my order.
To make matters worse, the place wasn’t even busy, which made the lack of service even more baffling. At that point, I returned the menu and walked out. I'm very intentional about where I spend my money, and unfortunately, this is not a place I’ll ever return to!
The food here is amazing! Very delicious, the portions are huge, the staff are so nice and attentive. Well worth the price. We got the biscuits and sausage gravy(the biscuits were so soft and fluffy), the steak omelette(absolutely amazing and bursting with flavor), fried pickles(perfect amount of breading, flavorful and the dip that comes with it has such an amazing taste), the Texas Breakfast(my son very much enjoyed it), the Lil Fork Mac-n-Cheese(meant for kids and the amount is huge!), and the apple pie pancakes(these were DIVINE! Tastes just like apple pie!) I would recommend this place to everyone. If you’re in the area, drop on in! You won’t regret it!
Cute place for breakfast and lunch.
Always delicious and always fresh. My favorite is the homemade sausage, gravy and biscuits with a farm fresh scrambled eggs.
Had Father’s Day breakfast here and it was delicious. We came at 10am on a Sunday and it was really easy to get a table! Order at the counter and they bring it to your table. I had the sweet potato hash and it was delicious, and we shared the Bananas Foster Pancakes and they were insane
I've had breakfast there and it was ok but the lunch menu and prices could definitely be better. The Club Sandwich is just so so and for over $15 could be a lot better. The homemade chips that came with it were awful. I don't understand the allure of this restaurant with mediocre food and high prices.
Good breakfast. Long wait. Plenty of seating however.

There were very large COCKROACHES on the floor next to our table. Food was extremely cold and tasted like it had just been microwaved. The food was super bland, it had no flavor, no salt, pepper nothing. It was like eating cardboard. I couldn’t even finish my food because it had like a weird, slimy film on it. The restaurant smelled kinda weird and the whole place was really dirty and unkempt. So many dirty tables I don’t know if they don’t have enough bussers or what the problem is. The layout of the restaurant is bizarre it’s super cramped and uncomfortable and there are wet floor signs, mops, and random tools and cleaning supplies just sitting around. Absolutely nothing redeemable about this place at all 😭 don’t let the google photos trick you it doesn’t look like that in here. They are catfishing y’all. I feel bad for the workers though, they were nice.
