After an especially tough two weeks, my girlfriends and I treated ourselves to an afternoon of delicious food, heartfelt conversation, and a bit of retail therapy 🛍️. We started at Souflee and then I happily convinced the group to wrap up our day at The Scoop—and what a perfect decision that was!
Although I missed saying hi to Cassie 😉, the entire team made our visit feel like a big warm hug. The young lady in the black t-shirt working in the back, the incredibly charismatic young man who helped us with our ice cream and kept us laughing with great conversation, and the sweet blonde young woman who wrapped up our experience—each of them added such a joyful, personal touch.
From the locally made ice cream to the thoughtful gifts and top-tier customer service, The Scoop really is a one-stop shop for happiness. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's an experience well worth the trip—and one we won’t soon forget! 🍦💛

Got a classic sundae, which came with two scoops, choice of hot fudge or caramel topping, whipped cream, chopped pecans, and a cherry. I chose hot fudge with Mexican vanilla and Dutch chocolate. Simple flavors, but very good ice cream. Both flavors were rich and creamy.

The sweetest stop in Cibolo! We always go in for a treat when we’re in town. They have a great variety of ice cream and the cutest seating (even for the smallest patrons). My daughter just had her first “baby cone” here and she LOVED interacting with the employees and other customers. Definitely a must stop!🤍

Adorable store and excellent ice cream. All homemade and all delicious. I just recently had a seasonal flavor I believe it was carrot cake, and it was EXCELLENT! Ice cream is weighed and then you pay for it. Fun souvenirs, t-shirts, and toys to look at around the store as well.
Love bringing my kids here for ice cream every week! Super friendly staff! Would much rather come here over a big chain, I know The Scoop at The Mill value me as a costumer!!
