Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

My cookies came burned. I’ve never had them come hard and crunchy and burned. Reached out to have them come back and get them. Not worth paying for. Can’t figure out how to post pics or I would.

2/10 don’t recommend. Dry with NO flavor. I hope everyone gets a refund 🙏🏼

The chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Sent those and the lemon cookies to my husband and he loved them. The pricing is good as well as the size of the cookies. The delivery instructions were followed perfectly. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks Tiff's Treats for being awesome!

Tiff's Treats is one of my favorite cookie places to order from. Their cookies are delicious, and you can ask for them to warm them up. The staff are always very kind and welcoming to everyone. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants some cookies to check out Tiff's Treats.

Worst customer service! Called to check order and person on the phone was unprofessional. Ordered my delivery almost 3 hours ago and kept getting different delivery times. Horrible customer service and definitely not worth the headache!!!!

Wonderful cookies! We had an assortment delivered to our office, and they were still warm!

A huge thank you to Ashlee Williams from the Mansfield, TX store. She was generous in donating cookies for the Danny Jones Middle School PTA meeting. They were delicious!!

2nd time I have stopped by to over pay for what I remembered as once upon a time the best cookie ever and yet I leave disappounted!! I would compare them to a Walmart cookie! Yuck, what happened to the original Great Tiffs cookies???

I placed an order for next day delivery and it all went well. I had a question and Robert answered at once. I ordered them because I have been a gift recipient a few times, and I can tell you that the cookies are excellent...fresh out of the oven taste.

If joined their membership so that we could receive free deliveries to our office for a year. Less than 40 days later they closed the nearest store and now will no longer deliver or refund my payment. Just be aware if you choose to pay for the membership.

My husband and I were blown away by these cookies. They were delivered still WARM and soft. I've never left a review for food before but these cookies got me feeling some type of way I guess ??‍♀️

I love tiffs treats and have used them regularly with multiple businesses to send thank you’s to clients. Have never had a negative experience until I came to this location. I walked in and gave a friendly hello and a smile paused and waited awkwardly for the lady at the counter to even acknowledge me. She didn’t respond or say hello or how can I help you or anything. I immediately left. You have to acknowledge someone’s presence if you want their business. Was pretty disappointing.

Delicious warm cookies delivered to your door.. they are so good! You get a text message when they are in your area for delivery. The delivery driver texts you when the cookies are dropped off and she was so kind to text me when she was here. They also have yummy brownies! Highly recommend!
