Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Do not recommend. worth driving to Raising Canes or Slims Chicken. Read on to find out why. Terrible, terrible visit. All of us who went got food poisoning within an hour. They clearly do NOT clean their drink machine which is only a single freestyle machine as all of us got food poisoning, but not all of us ordered food. Not entirely their fault, but they should have said something to the mother who was letting her kids run circles around the lobby and slapping the booth chairs as well as screaming and climbing on the tables. Children STANDING on tables, screaming and running. Food took forever to come and at first someone walked up asking if our order was for a Ash. We said no and gave the name and he stood there asking "So . . .not Ash? Then who's order is this?" I wish I had never gone and will likely never go back. If they cant be bothered to clean a single soda machine who knows what else they are cutting corners on.

i haven't been in many months if not years after not having the best XP with them the last several times i went before stopping. I got a signature sandwich meal and an order of fried pickles, it took 15 minutes extra of having to park and wait for the fried pickles, and my sandwich was by far the worst chicken sandwich ive had in my life, the center of it was TOUGH and had the texture of under cooked chicken, i just threw it out. also my fries were already soggy when i went to eat some on my way home. i dont mean to trash on the workers they were nice but the food was abysmal. 0/10 do not recommend

I haven't been here in a couple of years, I used to drop by for wings here and there and i was excited to drop by again, but I had to cancel my order. $16.23 for 10 traditional wings by themselves is wild. I thought your competitors were getting bad, but this is the highest I've heard now, and I couldn't do it, sorry. :/

Dined in, the fried pickles were really salty. Any more salt and the wouldn't have been edible. I was really excited to try the chicken bacon ranch fries, my son ordered the boneless wings combo. Both of our entrees were cold. The only thing that came out fresh and warm were the fried pickles.

Perhaps the people working behind the counter should pay a little more atten to what they are doing. My order hasn't been right the last two times I've been there. They are also not at all focused when interacting with the customer. Do better.

Zalads!! Look around.// lots of places selling chicken strips deep fried. Zaxby's will blacken and have some really great ( and large) Zalads. Go there!!

Worst fast food experience of my life to date.

I first went to Zaxbys a handful of years ago. I had lived in the north until recently so I didn't get to try it again since the first time. Maybe it was location or the quality just went down but my goodness...
It took 2 cashiers to understand our order. We had to alter it slightly because I have a dairy allergy. This is unheard of apparently, they both looked at us like we were aliens.
I couldn't have the standard sauce with my chicken so instead of subbing the sauce they nixed it then unchanged us for nondairy sauce.
My breaded boneless wings were 75% breading at $1+ per wing. It was $7 for 5 bread nuggets.
My partners meal was old and cold. The fries were soggy with oil, cold, and over seasoned. Their buttered bread had sat so long the butter was solid again.
There were swarms of fruit or drain flys covering the two jugs of tea.
The fried pickles were mushy and drenched with oil. They were so salty my mouth hurt after.
Despite being charged for sauce at all, they forgot all of it as well as the soda that came wifh the meal. Had to ask to get it.
There was a lone, crumpled, black sock, hanging out between the bathroom doors.
The bathroom stall wouldn't lock, I had to lift the door so the hinges would line up. There was no hook on the stall door, broken off. On top of it, 2 SMASHED ROACHES, left in the stall.

I know prices are going up while quality is going down but why did I even bother coming here? I received so little for almost $30 and it made me sick with how oily and gross it was. If this is the standard, I wouldn't recommend this chain to anyone, muchless fast food in general.

A waste of time, money, and health. Ugh. ?

1st time there, they had good preferences when I talked to them in the drive thru, however, fries were fried but not all the way and still had the frozen taste to them and hard, boneless wings I ordered sweet and spicy they were nice no kick at all. Texas toast is just that, no flavoring or flavor. $23 for 10 wings fries and a drink ???
