Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ewwww, hair was baked into the chicken. Why are hair nets or gloves not a MUST in food industry anymore. I've seen multiple places that they wear a hat or nothing to cover the hair.

Always a good experience. Friendly and fast in the drive-thru. Not a big fan of the new lemon pepper as I was recommend to try from a friend, but the club will always be my favorite. No complaints on this location.

Was looking for a place to get some good food, and happened to think of Zaxbys. I couldn't think of what to get an Kathia recommended the new lemon pepper wings, she mention they are popular and I was willing to give them a try.

It took some time to get our order. My husband tried the lemon Pepper chicken. It was OK. Seemed to be over seasoned.

My traditional hot wings were old and dry. we’re not fresh. Do better.

Awesome customer service! First time trying Zaxbys and the food was fantastic! That Garlic Blaze sauce was chefs kiss! Fried pickles and deep fried cheesecake bites were amazing! Definitely coming back!

I went for the first time in an extremely long time and was given the worst experience I have ever received. I thought the other reviews were being dramatic about the staff being rude and inconsiderate but oh boy they weren't. Mia was bitchy and rude the entire time while being on the phone while taking our order, why would you make someone so incredibly rude and disrespectful a manager, on top of that, why would you ever keep someone employed like that. She didnt want to help, nor did she seem to care about the questions I asked. The food came out cold and I had to wait a long period of time to get my meal. I honestly can't even believe the service that was given, I can't believe that they don't hire people who actually want to do their job right. If youre fine with disrespect, attitude, rudeness, and inconsideration, this is your place to go. If not, literally avoid this place at all costs, i had one of the worst experiences in a restaurant that I've ever had.

Overall such a disappointing experice. Linda was extremely rude and lackadaisical the whole time while taking our order. She had such an attitude and on top of it all, when I had asked her to repeat something she had said, she proceeded to roll her eyes and look annoyed. Im so incredibly disappointed with the service received from this place after hearing so many promising things about it. Definitely will not be returning if thats the service they provide to customers.

Ordered food on line and paid. Email said it would be ready in 11 minutes. Showed up on time for them to tell me it would be another 15 minutes and that they had the order but had not started it. I counted five people just standing talking behind the counter while there were on four people in the restaurant. Management needs to take action or be fired immediately. The service continues to get worse. Good food but shitty service.

Food was good. After we finished eating and left I realized my son never got his cookie for his kids meal. Thankfully he didn't know that, otherwise it would have upset him. I wasn't about to turn around, as they are in Cibolo and we live in Seguin.

Love this place. Good service . Food is always hot. Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. And the salads are so delicious and cold and crisp like it should be. Definitely recommend.
